Save your money.

Their products do not work and the lightening one has a smell which makes you question the quality of it. I reached out numerous times for a refund based on their money-back-guarantee and have not received a response.

⚠️ Severe Reaction – Please Avoid

I bought the Try Strawberry product and applied it for 3–4 days. Shortly after, I developed severe itchy rashes on my knees and legs, along with unexpected knee pain. Thankfully, I only tested it on my knee first otherwise, I might have applied it on more sensitive areas like my bikini line or underarms, which could have been much worse.
This product feels highly chemical and unsafe. Please don’t buy it it’s not worth the risk to your skin or health.

I did not receive my product

I did not receive my product. The company used a 3rd party delivery service which messed up my delivery. There was a picture and text message that says the deliveryman cannot deliver it and will be sending it back to the merchant. The merchant did not care as long as it says delivered on their end. Worst customer service ever. This company cannot be trusted. Buy at your own risk.

No Results, Poor Customer Service, and Questionable Practices

I purchased the Triple-Acid Complex for Keratosis Pilaris from Strawberry Skin (trystrawberry.com) and used it consistently for two months. Unfortunately, I saw no improvement or visible results.
When I contacted the company and requested a refund under their “60-day money-back guarantee,” they initially denied my request, claiming it was past the 60 days. They even sent me tracking information for an order that *wasn’t* mine to support their claim. When I pointed this out and shared that I planned to leave an honest review, they changed their position, admitted I was within the refund window, and said they would escalate my case. It has now been over two weeks with no refund and no further communication from the company.
A few additional concerns I noticed:
- Their website claims a 5-star rating based on over 6,000 reviews, but there’s no visible option for customers to submit a review anywhere on the site.
- Several of their “before and after” photos appear to show different people, not the same person.
- I’ve also come across Facebook ads where the content used seems to come from other creators’ videos promoting entirely different products, including one featuring a dermatologist using The Ordinary glycolic acid — yet the ad markets Strawberry Skin’s products instead.
Overall, my experience has left me questioning the company’s transparency and authenticity. I would recommend doing very thorough research before purchasing, or not purchasing AT ALL.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I placed an order on 9/22/25 and have not received the order after being told it was delivered. I have spoken to someone named Amara, who seems like an AI. I have confirmed my address multiple times, and I still haven't received the product. Please do not order from this company, it is a SCAM!!!!! I tried to post the email correspondence from 11/10/25, but you can't attach documents here.

No Difference

Sorry guys. This did nothing. Been using it for almost two months and nothing for pigmentation on my hands. Don’t waste your money. Have used cheaper store bought ones that also did nothing so I had high hopes for this.

MISLEADING FAKE TOXIC PRODUCTS!

FAKE company with FALSE advertisement! No questions guarantee is NOT TRUE!!! I contacted day after receiving product WEEKS after I was supposed to. Also found out product is not US made. Came from another country.

Product gave me hives and broke out my skin. I contacted immediately and customer service took zero accountability and refused to refund or accept product back EVEN THOUGH THE GURANTEE STATES A REFUND!!! Then rep disappeared for almost 30 days until I wrote social media comments and emailed threatening to contact my bank and post negative reviews.

Now, the new rep is trying to avoid the guarantee and make claims not stated in guarantee - it specially shows NO QUESTIONS ASKED not, send pictures of your reaction..

Horrible fake company!

BEWARE product doesn't work! No-existent customer service, sent various emails without any response back. They claim 60 day money back gaurantee, but such a scam as that policy is fake also.

Poor Customer Service / Refund Dispute

I had a terrible experience with TryStrawberry. After an issue with my order, I reached out to customer support via email multiple times for a refund, but customer service gave generic responses and never resolved the problem. I eventually had to dispute the charge through my bank and cancel my subscription just to protect myself. It’s frustrating that a company would ignore customers instead of providing a simple refund. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them until they fix their customer service and billing practices.

I’ve tried everything.. can’t believe this actually works!

I’ve tried dermatologists, researching everything I could, scrubs, brushes, creams, you name it, I’ve tried it. I thought, well one more treatment won’t hurt, I’ve tried everything else. I’ve been suffering with KP for 16 years now, on my arms and legs, and I can finally say I’m feeling a major difference and the appearance is starting to change. Even family members have said “WOW, that is insane!!” I can’t believe I actually found something that worked! I could cry!

I’ve been using this cream for two…

I’ve been using this cream for two weeks, and I can already see a real difference. My skin feels noticeably softer, smoother, and more hydrated. The strawberry spots that used to bother me have lightened, and my overall complexion looks healthier. I love how quickly it absorbs without leaving any greasy residue, making it an effortless addition to my daily routine. I’m genuinely impressed with the results in such a short time and excited to keep using it to see even more improvement.

They are a bunch of scammers

They are a bunch of scammers. I ordered two products that cost me almost $92. One of the products caused an allergic reaction and rashes on the areas where I applied it. I tried contacting them, but they never responded. Then, suddenly, they shipped me another full set and charged me another $92!

I contacted them within 2 hours after the purchase to cancel and get a refund, as stated in their own cancellation policy. However, they refused, claiming the items had already been shipped.
