I would highly recommend Tubs4hire. They were very friendly and efficient when setting up in our garden. We had the tub for six days and enjoyed every minute. It made my wife's 50th a very special occasion. Thank you so much guys.

unclear requirements for installing hot tub
I made a booking for a hot tub. When I went through the process of booking, there was no information about what requirements there was for whether a hot tub could be used. This only came in an email after the booking was made. I fairly quickly realised that I would have to cancel my booking as they would have to transport the hot tub downstairs to get to the garden. I cancelled within a couple of hours and was still charged a £25 cancellation fee. Which seemed a bit unreasonable to me.

I should firstly point out that the terms and conditions were agreed to before the booking was made. This includes cancellation fees which are common to most companies including hotels or any booked services. There is also a comprehensive FAQ section on the website. In the event that a customer does not read the terms and requests a refund, in this case this was made promptly. We were happy to deliver to this customer providing we had good and easy access but the customer didn't think it would be suitable so we refunded immediately. There are costs involved in processing orders including bank charges and processing fees for bank payments and refunds. Many businesses have a no refund policy in place, so an admin fee of £25 in this case is justified. In fact for bookings cancelled within a week of delivery there is normally a £75 cancellation fee which we reduced as a gesture of good will. A review like this seriously damages businesses. We seriously need all the help we can get in this climate.

Absolutely brilliant experience! So professional, prompt and precise!! Booked late on a Wednesday afternoon and the tub arrived 1pm the next day. Really easy to maintain and everybody loved it.

The hot tub was in great condition, very clean and simple to use. And nice and warm. Best not to put on grass as it did leave a mark.

Really good and professional service
Really good and professional service. Hot tub arrived when it was supposed to and was set up with no trouble. Customer service was excellent, accommodating a last minute change to our order. Kids really loved having the hot tub for the week. Would defo recommend.
