Amazing business
Been ordering from Tucker and Co for well over a year now. Never had a problem, my dogs have a lot of harness sets and they’re all still as good as the day we got them. Treats are brilliant prices and amazing quality, customer service has always been 10/10 can’t fault them.
No updates and delayed delivery
After my order sitting at ‘preparing order’ stage for 5 days I emailed for an update and immediately after the status changed. Then I was given an arrival date but it never turned up. I emailed 3 times and got no response, and finally the parcel arrived today but the items weren’t packaged, just loose in the box.
I’ll go back to ordering from Dragonfly because the service is so much more professional
DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a collar (April 1st) and here I am May 3rd no collar, no email explaining why they couldn't send it. The company told me when I questioned them that they had refunded me the money but I have not received a refund. I have raised a dispute with PayPal and PayPal is still waiting on a reply.

I’ve had quite a few orders in the past few months which have been amazing, but placed and order on 3/4/25 and had an update that Royal Mail were expecting it….didn’t change for 6 days, so I emailed to ask if there was a problem. Had a reply saying it would be looked in to, next day Royal Mail had received it, delivered the following day. 6 items missing, no explanation, and quality of some items was very poor, which was surprising. I emailed and sent photos, had a response straight away saying they were going to refund for the missing items as they’d been unable to get them for a few weeks, and they would send out replacements for the others, and send a tracking number once one was generated. I replied thank you, and did say a note on the invoice would’ve explained the missing items. That was almost two weeks ago. I’ve since sent 3 emails asking for an update with no response. No replacements and no refund. Very disappointed with customer service and correspondence, especially after being so pleased in the past.
26/4/25. I received a replacement box today packed full of lovely treats and great quality, more than what was missing from the original order, thank you.

Ordered collar got a tracking number stating had been sent on 48 hour delivery 9 days later i emailed company who said they had tryed emailin but i didnt get none collar out of stock so i questioned how can i be given tracking number if no stock they have now refunded me wont be using again looking at other reviews seems to be on goin issue
Utterly disgraceful service
Utterly disgraceful service, had placed an order was trying to find out when the order would arrive and got a disgusting email back. How this company expects to get anywhere when they respond to customers the way they do. Will be telling everyone I know never to order from them
Slow and awful customer service
Ordered and then heard nothing for over a week. Tried to email them on the link provided which was invalid, so I thought I had been scammed. I only heard back from them when I opened a case in paypal, and received quite a brusk email off them. Eventually got the goods ordered, won't be using them again, there are way better, more efficient, faster and with actual helpful customer service

Only partial order delivered, to be told rest to follow. When I finally got hold of them , they were very rude in the response , and have been told I will get a refund …..still waiting, will have to open a dispute with credit card company. Shame as have given them a lot of business before and recommended others

Order now received. Dogs very happy and items are of good quality. Evebtually got a reply from the company which was rude and stroppy. They did not provide any tracking details for the parcel and got very upset when I questioned the legitimacy of a company who don't provide receipts or tracking details.

I made an order a week ago. Delivery was promised within 2-3 days. Payment taken in full immediately. No confirmation of order received. No tracking number for delivery received. They do not reply to messages. Their email address is invalid. I have requested a full refund, but have not heard back from them.
bad customer service
Takes them for ever to post anything and when you contact them they are arsey (when they bother to reply), i would find somewhere else to buy treats for your dogs!

I ordered a box for my friends dog in Holland a week later had not heard anything at all so contacted them. It wasn't untill I contacted them that they told me they was unable to post to the Netherlands and would process a refund.. a week later and still no refund so contacted them again. Was told they had been waiting for a response from DHL to see if they could deliver to the Netherlands even though they had all ready told me they could not. Then was told they would process the refund the same refund I was told was being processed a week ago.. they called me rude for thanking them worst service ever first and last time shopping there

The stiching came away from the lead within a year. It is not suitable for large dogs. It is not suitable for strong dogs. They delete and block customers with bad feedback online. The customer service is terrible.
