I noticed a $39.95 charge on my checking acct. to mastonstre.com. I had no idea who they were or how they accessed my banking information so I Google mastonstre.com and the overview is they are a SCAM. I called and said I wanted my money refunded the lady was rude and said it would take 3-5 days to refund. I see that it looks like there's 39.95 on hold in my checking so we will see.

I found this company had charged my bank account $39.95 for a 'subscription' I did not make! Don't know how they got my account number! abhelpline.com gave me the info, and has supposedly cancelled the subscription and refunded the account. We'll see. I'm beyond angry at this point!! Total scam!!
SCAM!!!
I echo the experience of many others in that I was trying to download a parking app at a meter. Instead, I discovered I signed up for something called tudum, which I have never heard of and still don't know what it is. That is the very definition of a scam...paying for something I never bought. Even if it is legitimate site or service, I will NEVER use it. It cannot be trusted.

Sucks, big waste of time.
Now I try to cancel, and they haven't responded to my email request, or made it possible to cancel on line, what losers. Question, why would they make a quick online registration process for ease, but can't offer they same ease when canceling? What double standard JERKS.
Save yourself the Tylenol, look elsewhere. YOU DESERVE BETTER!!!

Scam - slick, and sick
Scam, but looks legit and pretends to cancel when you call CSR.
My story. Looking for an ACC to MP3 audio file converter. "Convolio.co" comes up as recommended, highly-rated, free (with subscribed options, of course)... but on the download page that came up (persistently!) I clicked on a banner "DOWNLOAD NOW" and was prompted to create my login account by providing name AND CREDIT CARD 👎😡👎
Said data was for location and language purposes ONLY, and no charges to be made, but when I complied (DOPE!), found that I had actually subscribed to TUDUM.CO and $39.95 charges would begin in five days. So then I knew I had been tricked, at least.
With username and pw I hunted for cancellation and eventually found the only "online" means to cancel was an 844 CS number. Agent was VERY cooperative, told me ut was cancelled, and that I would get an email confirming this...
That email never came.
28 minutes later I called my credit card company and cut up my card. Turns out they had already submitted a $1 charge (so yet another lie), making my action imperative.
Save yourself the 28 minutes.
As for Convolio software, maybe there is a legit product, but I'll never risk it now, or consent to ANY subscription from a ".co" (Columbia!) company.
Please flag these fraudsters into oblivion ASAP.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. All I wanted to do was check my balance on a prepaid credit card, and found myself subscribed to whatever this is instead. I got charged immediately, asked to unsubscribe and a refund and never got any answer. Look out for these parasites EVERY time you do an online transaction.
Tudum.CO This is SCAM!!!!
This is SCAM!!!!
When I was trying to sign up on eBay, this pop up comes and ask for $1.29 something. I thought it is eBay asking for that to get an account, so did. Then I was charged monthly for US$39.95.
One thing to mention is my TD credit card actually declined it, while my CIBC card approved it. TD band did a better job in this case
BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY
BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! They will charge you a monthly fee and you get nothing. Also goes by Diststal.com and other names. All the same SCAM. Cancel ASAP and notify your credit card company to get your money back. Ask them to prosecute.
Tried to Install the Roomba App and...
I installed the Roomba app and when I opened it, there was an option that said to click continue to register for a Roomba account. I did, and was offered a few different subscription options or to just continue with the free limited subscription. I said I just wanted to stick with the free one, and it asked for my personal information. The next step asked for my credit card information for the free subscription, while assuring me that I would not be charged and that it was in case I wanted to upgrade. As soon as I entered my information, I was taken to a website called tudum.co which has multiple games and other apps. As soon as I realized it wasn't the Roomba app, I cancelled my subscription. Then I checked my credit card app and saw that two charges had been made to my account by this website. I immediately contacted them and said that I hadn't authorized these payments and they said I had signed up for the gaming plan, which I hadn't. I said so and demanded a refund, which they claim they will issue in 3 to 5 business days. However, I don't believe them and am now going to have to put a freeze on my card while I get a new one.

I clicked a link for content which turns out, Tudum does not have. The sign up is "free", but three little boxes for paid content which you need to scroll to see are checked. It was so slimy I tried to look up the company and found nothing other than articles for "scam charges" with the warning to cancel your credit card because apparently they don't give up.
There is nothing legitimate about their business practices.
