I was signing up for Signal and somehow this company ended up getting my info! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING THAT SAYS TUDUM!!!!

Scam I cannot get in contact with them to cancel this. I didn't want it

Was signing up for a different app. (Or so I thought) It said my card wouldn't be charged. Tried to open the app I was expecting to sign up for. When I couldn't log on, I realized it had scammed me. The phone number to cancel subscription doesn't work!!! Called my bank immediately, had to cancel card!! They had already charged my acct. Within 5 mins.!!

Beware. TUDUM has its hooks in Cash App . I got HACKED. I went to web to get CASH APP downloaded to my phone. I filled in my info and choose android download, it knew my phone information and gave me a QRCODE......... Well I got an APPLE version which proceeded to send my information to Tudum and of course would not work on my android. I clicked to exit, but ended up with a New Customer Membership with Tudum. I got an invoice from Tudum in my email and they sent in a pre-authorization charge. I emailed Tudum, I went to that site and did Customer Chat, they tell me they will cancel and I won't be charged (I never gave them my information, they stole it)....... My card holder starts sending Fraud Alerts........ I end up with multiple pending charges.............
This is FRAUD. I had to cancel my card with the Fraud hotline......... I now have to wait for a new card, the normal companies I do buisness with monthly will now not get paid on time, my dog food won't ship, my insurance won't get paid on time etc, I have alot of notificiations to make and will be dealing with this for awhile. Beware, it turns out there are complaints on Apple site about this App for same issue.

OMG! What a scam! This site very sneakily charged me $135. I called to ask what the heck Tudum.co was and apparently it's associated with Netflix. I never signed up for it.
I called and was told my account was cancelled and I would get my $$ refund. The very next day, there was another charge!! I called today and was assured my account was closed and my $$ would be refunded "within 5-7 business days."
I'll let you know if I get it. Netflix should not be associated with this site.

Scum!!!! Watch out for them!!! They are scammers. I reported them to BBB, my bank has a block alert.

This website is a scam! It provides different streaming services. I initially downloaded it for pocket fm and then realized it wasn’t even a service they provide so I left it at that. They claimed it was a free subscription and charged my card for 1$ and some change. Later I kept receiving text messages about several charges trying to get billed to my card. One for 60 something dollars and the other for 39 and some change. Mind you I had not opened the app since I realized pocket fm wasn’t on there! Do NOT provide your card information to these scammers! Good thing I do not keep money on that account and I get a text message every time I use the account or I would not have realized it was happening!

Scam scam scam. Shystie conniving manipulative dishonest fraudulent people behind this company it should never even exist! I had the same thing happened to me I was trying to access my Red Box and it was a malicious ad or whatever you wanna call it and they started withdrawing money on my account and I did the same thing called my credit union and canceled my card and I’m still trying to fight for four They never got permission to a draw from my account and then they had the nerve to say billing adjustment! they need their operating license and everything taken away from them this is not a legit company! Hide behind the scenes my ass more like hide behind a well-known company to do their miraculous vicious conniving dishonest withdrawing from other peoples accounts and hope and pray they’ll get away with it! they need to be stopped and put out a business

WHAT! I saw a $39.95 charge and a $4.95 charge from CONTENTBODE.CO no idea what that is, I looked them up and they appear to be middle man. I chatted with them and they said the charge was from Tudum.co some company that is a SCAM pretending to be a streaming service for TV shows and games.... anyway the CONTENTBODE.CO said they were credit my card.... in three to five days. we'll see.

this code was on a Wic and Farmers Market card I received today. My daughter thought it was the code was for the WIC site. She went on there and entered my info and found out this is a scam. I called and said cancel all my info. Told the woman to send an email to confirm this and she said, they did. It was a lie because I never received an email confirmation, saying cancelled. Now I have to call my bank and cancel card. SCAM!!!!!!

Scam - we used QR code to sign up for evconnect for electric vehicle charging and gave our info to "tudum" in error.

I was prompted to sign up for tudum.co while ordering food via a QR code at a restaurant. I'm not sure how they were able to bug a QR code... it may have been a malicious redirection from the app I was using to scan it. I thought it was a bit strange to end up purchasing games and movies when all I wanted was a sandwich! I called my bank less than an hour later in order to cancel my card.

ScamScamScam, I was renewing National park pass and was asked for CC Number that would not be charged!! Within 20 minutes they charged $31.95 and $1.95.. Credit card posting will be disputed when it arrives.tudum.co Scum and Scam.

Thought I was registering with a parking APP, including specifying the required cc information...

Then I get a email that I am registered with tudum.co trial and my cc is charged 2.52 and 51.68 CAD. CC description is CHARSAND.COM. Placed card on hold and CC co. Says I need them to post (currently pending) before I can dispute them. Chating with Tudum rep who said subscription is cancelled and the larger charge is a hold only an will drop off. Will see. I signed up for nothing they are scammers.

I thought I was setting up a parking app in Manchester, NH. While they got my card # I figured out what happenned pretty fast when it rambled off reporting it was downloading game subscriptions/apps. Cancelled my debit card and I'll dispute the two charges - 39.95 + another 1.50 - ASAP. I won't forget that Netflix is associated with this crime either. Very sleezy.

It asked for My credit card then it Said in writing that they WILL NOT CHARGE MY CARD!!!!! Guess what they did!!!!!!

I actually didn't realize that they were scamming me. I thought I did something in error and they charged my account $39.95 for a month of something. My husband figured I did something wrong and let them charge me. He told them to cancel my account, I hope they do as reading these reviews worries me. I will have to be vigilant to keep an eye on my bank account. I hope I am not charged again for a month when this month ends. I found this site (where I am writing my review at this moment) while looking for tudum.com. Hubby thought it was a streaming service, possibly off-shore. Today, he is not feeling well so I thought I would try and see if there was anything I could watch on TUDUM. Sadly, it looks like we too were scammed. I was improperly charged while on a site that I thought was helping me with my fitbit start-up and they charged me for using them though the site did return my money after much anger over my not needing the advice of specialists in Computer/Law/Accounting. I am now going to attempt to find this site (TUDUM.COM) after posting this review. *****THIS IS A SCAM!!!*** JUST WENT TO THEIR SITE. How can they charge me $39.95 for watching characters and/or actors in NETFLIX shows (I have NETFLIX) Talk about their roles and relationships!!! This is stupid. NETFLIX charges me 16.42 a month. These people are not even offering for me to view a NETFLIX show!! I don't have any re-course.

This is a total scam. They got my info when I was trying to link an app to my smart watch. Their customer service information doesn't work. You have to dispute charges on card after the fact. I am contacting the better business bureau if that even does anything. Netflix should completely disconnect themselves from this fraud.

I was signing up for a Parking App for the City of Williamsburg on Saturday the 25th, Today I looked at my vacation credit charges and saw a $1 and $1.95 charge. Called company, very very rude customer service, said 5-7 days expect refund. Called my credit card company, the charges are pending and they will refuse the charges if they post, but I had to cancel my credit card. I am going to report this to the FBI.
