This company is a FRAUD!!
This company is a FRAUD!!! Watch your checking or debit card accounts for charges billed by them through SHGRILDEEH.com. We were trying to purchase tickets through our GoFan Account and they had a way of redirecting and capturing our account and password information and supposedly opened a subscription for $39.95/month. Info on the Internet says TUDUM is part of NETFLIX but I expected that company to be above that - guess I'm wrong. I was able to use the Contact Form on the TUDUM website to complain and request refund and it worked to get the refund - just too much hassle changing account numbers/passwords etc. They ought to be investigated for wire fraud!!!
SCAMMERS SCAM SCAM SCAM.....
Just like every one else on here... This company is a SCAM and is connected to NETFLIX. How they got my card # I will never know...This card is a prepaid. There was only a $5.00 balance on it so them trying to Draft $39.95 wasn't working. I went on line and did a live chat and had then cancel this subscription and don't take any money from my account. Be careful when you download and click on anything...... This company needs to be investigated and fined.
I accidentally signed up for a Tudom…
I accidentally signed up for a Tudom account when I was trying to download the Sam's Club App. I called the number for Tudom support, 844-763-7136, and was able to talk to a live person and cancel my Tudom account with no trouble in about 2 minutes. The only hard part was trying to understand the accent of the live person.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I clicked to sign up for a newspaper subscription and was redirected to Tudum.com. I didn’t realize it wasn’t the newspaper Internet address until I filled out my address and credit card information. These crooks charged $1.95 to my card. I called to dispute and the foreigner on the line told me I will receive credit within 1 to 5 days. One week later and no credit. I called my bank to dispute the charge.
SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT. HAD 39.95 TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT, WHEN I CALLED THE # ON MY STATEMENT, IT WAS ANSWERED FROM A 3RD PARTY CALL CENTER, COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE REPRESENTATIVE, SOUNDS TO BE OVER SEA'S. HE COULD NOT EVEN VERIFY THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS BEING CHARGED, AND WAS RUSHING TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE. I FINALLY HAD TO GET RUDE AND THREATEN TO CALL THE BBB, THEN SUDDENLY HE WAS ABLE TO FIND MY ACCOUNT AND CANCEL.

Scam! Hope Netflix sues them
Scam. Hubby accidentally clicked on this when trying to add Netflix to device. All incidents below proceeded including very rude person to deal with. Good thing I track my statements pretty close. Wish Netflix would hit them with a lawsuit!!

I was also tricked into subscribing to this thing. I was charged $39.99. I was trying to download an App called BUBLUP but was directed elsewhere. I contacted the phone number contained on the 39.99 charge and I demanded a credit which I received emediatelly. I also canceled subscription using their online chat function.

BEWARE:::SCAM ALERT!
I honestly didn't even want to give it any stars!!! So if u r reading this review. That means they got you too! I did not nor do I still know how I got to this company...but for the last 8 months of having someone look thru my transactions...( mind u, I am a 55 yo legally blind person) so I wasn't aware of the charges. I actually haven't had this new card for long n beats me how they got the new card number as well. They said they canceled my "subscription" and will refund $112.85 back to my card...I am so mad....at myself as well...they told me I shouldn't have let it go this long. Well sir. If u would have been a decent humun...u could have called, wrote or emailed me...but none of that happened...they just take my money. People be leary of scams like this. They couldn't even tell me if I had ever used their service. I'll tell u that answer...NO I never even knew I had it! I'll wait the 5-7 business days to see if they refund me 112.95 of the about $500.00 they scammed from me. Rant over. Ty n please watch ur statements! If u can't see get someone to check for u.
Forced into new account number !
I couldn’t figure out who this was until after fraud dept at my bank got involved. It was related to a one-time use of a Redbox cd. I got my money back but needed a new credit card number . 5 charges
One star is for all crap listed above
One star is for all crap listed above, the second star is for being able to get an email from them confirming cancelation of my subscription though it took a call to (844) 763-7136 waited 2 hours and then tried the CHAT. The address is their site /contact
Tudum / Not that Dumb
I noticed a charge against my debit card in April 22 to a co-hit.net for less than $5. I let it go. Now with May almost gone there were 2 charges from the same people of 4.95 and 39.95. We don't know who or what this is. Visited the website and found out is is all propaganda about themselves. I found a unsubscribe link and was told immediately I was unsubscribed. Found 2 telephone numbers after inspecting their code. 1 number started with 44+and area code, it is London England. Did a online chat with them and they proclaim to be a subsidiary of Netflix for provodong content. Content like movies etc... I don't think so. So my bank says I have to let the transactions post to dispute them. And I can't stop payment because they're pending. Yep, right, catch-22; everybody's got to get their share or in on the act. But, I waiting on that posting. I told the company nice play on word; co-hit, because they're hitting people up for unearned money(stealing); co company name Tudum, because they are calling us dumb to our face. Later for them. I pray they get busted.
I have no idea how this got a 1.4…
I have no idea how this got a 1.4 rating when it clearly should be a 1 star rating. This is a scam that charges your credit card without authorization for services that have not been requested. I noticed a charge on my husband's credit card that was not authorized by him or myself for a recurring charge off $39.95. I called the number that was listed by the bank and discovered that this was a charge to tudum.co which we have never heard of. Maria said she cancelled the account and refunded the money charged. As of now the charge has not been refunded so I guess the next step is to call the bank.
This is a scam
This is a scam as many people have written. I noticed the charge on my credit card and it was a recurring charge. I do not even know what this is for. They did not provide any service to me that I am aware of.
Parking app popup (Tudum.co or Justimagineview) took credit card info
Tried to load parking app (parkmobile) in Washington DC to park on street. Couldn't complete app install. Gave up and went to parking garage.
Capital One then sent scam alert.
Did I purchase from Justimagineview.com? No, I didn't.
$1 purchased/transacted. Another $1.95 blocked by CapOne.
Received email from Tudum.co: I have free 5day subscription.
Googled both companies/sites, all bad.
CapOne said I could keep CC#, but can't change CVC. I would need to monitor all purchases. I decided to get new card.
Tried to activate my Prime account
Tried to activate my Prime account, and was redirected to Tudum.com. Being "too dumb" to recognize what Tudum meant, I signed up for the "free" service, but it directed me to a blind alley instead of opening my Prime account. Luckily, my cc company will disallow the charge once it hits. I think I'll be disallowing a string of Tudum (too dumb) charges. Yes, will someone call the FBI or someone to put these crooks in jail? Aren't we glad the Internet is unregulated? Tudum is the free speech Elon Musk is dreaming about. All he sees is $$$$ signs in free speech. Ask Warren Buffett what he thinks of Elon Musk.
