This tudumco is a scam
This tudumco is a scam. It says it's associated with Netflix but I have had my Netflix for years so why now? The only thing it asked for my credit/debit card # was when I purchased and downloaded a Google chromecast device for my tv and I had to download an app to my phone to use. I wondered why it asked for my cr/db # when the app was free with the purchase of the devise. When I looked on my bank statement I saw a 39.95 charge to a company called theworf.com with a phone #. I dialed it and they told me the charge to a subscription to a tudum Co. I cancelled it and hope it comes off of my next bank statement. Beware!
I was re-signing my hubs' tv back into…
I was re-signing my hubs' tv back into Peacock or Paramount app yesterday as he has a "smart tv" .(right),anyway, this tudum thing came up & asked for email, etc.credit card info & I stupidly didnt realize, this had NOTHING to do with what I needed to do.So before my '5' day trial is up,,I am ON THIS! notifying my bank not to accept any charges that may show up!.
I thought I was signing up for Signal
I thought I was signing up for Signal. The form that I was filling out said "it" was free, as Signal is. But they wanted my credit card number anyway. I foolishly gave it to them. Then I found out that it wasn't Signal that I was signing up for, but Tudum. I see from reading other comments that Tudum is pronounced "too dumb." I was told that I had 5 days free trial. Then I started investigating Tudum. Nothing that they offered I wanted. I checked my credit card account and found that $3.92 Canadian had already been deducted. After trying various ways to cancel my subscription, I finally chatted with a guy named Kevin who said he cancelled it and that no more charges would be made to my credit card.
DO NOT TRUST
DO NOT TRUST! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! IF YOU GAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY!
Like so many others I was trying to…
Like so many others I was trying to dnld a parking app. Was directed to this site and gave my info to these scammers. Had to cancel cards and will have to notify ALL the payees of EVERY automatic payment I make on Monday and get new cards with new #'s. It's a big deal. Advised by bank who offers notification to my payees of new card #'s to cancel that service as these thieves might be notified as well. Scammer/Losers/Thieves, making a buck at a time from people trying to dnld numerous other apps apparently.
SCAM!
SCAM!! I tried to download a parking app and somehow I ended up with Tudum.co. After I realized I did not get the parking app I had to call their customer service to cancel my “free subscription“. Then I had to call MasterCard and put a stop on there two charges to my credit card of 1.99 and 2.23. Then had to ask for a new credit card because I was so nervous they now had my credit card information. I am not sure how they wormed their way into the website for the parking app I thought it was careful.
I never signed up for the streaming…
I never signed up for the streaming service! I do have a NETFLIX account but I never agreed to or signed up for this TUDUM.CO streaming service. I notice 6 separate charges of either $5.00 or $4.95 in a four-week period. Then yesterday (8/15/22) I had another charge of $39.95 on my credit card. This is definitely a scam and/or fraud!
Big Liars; Little Liars; All Liars
The company that calls itself "tudum.co" (pronounced "Too Dumb"...and that refers to how it sees its "customers") has hired ANOTHER company calling itself "thedarksa" to collect whatever subscription payments (mine was $39.95/MO) you may have been scammed into. Just because a company is "real" doesn't mean it is operating above-board and with transparency. I noticed the $39.95 being debited to my account by "thedarksa" on behalf of "tudum.co". My bank fraud detection reversed the second debit immediately and notified me, and my subsequent phone call to "thedarksa" got the first debit reversed. The rep for "thedarksa" assured me that "tudum.com" was NOT a scam because they refunded my money. Riiiight...after my bank flagged the transaction and I spent 30 minutes on a call that should have never been necessary. Never in my life has the phrase "caveat emptor" been truer than now on the digital High Seas where the real pirates prey. May they rot in Hell.
No star really
No star really. SCAM CHARGED MY CARD!$39.95 THEN ANOTHER $4.95. For what I asked a streaming service I never approved and supposedly tied to Netflix🙄

Total SCAM as the others are saying
Total SCAM as the others are saying. Take time doing your transactions because they mis direct you so fast you don't notice. To be safe, don't just block them, cancel your credit/debit cards they scammed you with. A pain but they have your info and will try it again.
Unethical business practice
The process used to get subscription is at best underhand or at worst illegal. I purchased some tiles and the box had a QR code to scan to get started. The code ended up being for Tudum. Even though I indicated I did not want a subscription it says I have and if I don't cancel (only doable via a phone call) I will be charged starting in 5 days. I had given my credit card as I thought it was part of Tile setup
total scam.
total scam.
I have written to get it cancelled and to refund the $1.00--they have all of my personal info because it looks like you are signing up for UBER
