I booked an end-of-tenancy clean with them and they cancelled the night before stating the cleaner's car had broken down. They rescheduled for the following day then cancelled AGAIN the night before stating Covid as an excuse. They then REFUSED to answer my calls. I then had to pay way over the odds to pay for an emergency clean. Awful service from a terrible company.
Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We booked an end of tenancy clean for a house that had been empty for a while and then renovated.
We boked Tulip Cleaners in good faith that they would do what they said on their quote - well all I can say is DONT USE THEM. The hard floors were mopped with dirty water, the toilets werent cleaned properly, the grout in the bathrooms wasnt cleaned, some cupboards werent cleaned, as well as some windows. A shoddy job.

Needed cleaning for a 3 bed house
Needed cleaning for a 3 bed house. The cleaning was done well. I am especially happy with the kitchen, the cooker that was cleaned as new. The two guys who turned up were very courteous and professional.

Shouldn't have bothered booking.
Booked an end of tenancy clean and the quality was so bad that the inventory clerk didn't even believe it had been done by a professional at all. Extremely displeased seeing as they charge over £300.

Don't waste your money - awful service
Don't waste your money using this company. They were doing a deep clean prior to moving in. They arrived an hour late and on completion they demanded payment straight away without giving us any chance to check their work. When we did we found they had completely missed one bathroom; the carpets although wet were NOT clean and there was mould on the shutters and window frames of the upstairs bedroom. I contacted John to get it resolved which he said he would but after sending several photos of the issues he has been ignoring all my messages. A week on it looks like we are going to have to do it all ourselves. Really not impressed!!😡
PS In response to your reply to my review. We did actually book a full deep clean of the house (at a cost of £329) which was not completed satisfactorily. I sent you photographs of the paricularly bad areas and asked you to return to do the job but you did not reply until after we had moved in and done all the cleaning ourselves. You offered to remedy the problem about a week ago (nearly a month on from the original issue) but it is no longer convenient for someone to visit the property during the week as one resident works nights. What would be appreciated is a refund of some costs as an acknowledgement that you did not do a good job.

Fantastic service. The two gentlemen who cleaned my house (3 bedrooms, lots of carpeting) did an amazing job. And as extra confirmation, the landlord didn't try to take anything from my deposit to clean the house. Would definitely hire them again.

Absolutely fantastic service. I have used Tulip Cleaners four times now. I used them to do deep clean for our new home we purchased and for an end of tenancy deep clean.
