Their guarantee isn't real
Their guarantee isn't real. I've lost almost £600 because their clean wasn't good and they didn't return to rectify issues (despite saying they were going to). I've now been trying to claim under their guarantee and it turns out they just won't pay out. Often they just completely ignore emails. It's looking like I'm going to have to go to the small claims court if I want to get the money I've lost back. I'd recommend avoiding this company.

End of tenancy cleaning failure!
End of tenancy cleaning booked for arrival between 8-9am. Received an email that due to a broken down vehicle they would be late. They didn’t show up at the new time. Eventually arrived early afternoon. Promised a 5 man team to make up for late start, 4 arrived.
Left them to clean. Arrived back later to find laminate floors were still dirty, which they tried to convince me they weren’t. They grudgingly recleaned them.
Rental agency complained about the carpet cleaning. Contacted Tulip Cleaning twice, to which they have not responded, despite offering a 72 hour guarantee on their work. Carpets will be recleaned with a professional agency and if they don’t refund the money I’ll be contacting a lawyer.
I recommend you avoid this company. I’m thoroughly disappointed in their work and disgusted by their response to me.
