I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Simply said, I saw a video of a tent on face book, Once ordered they sent me a totaly different tent and refused to receive it back and refund. Once you go through the product's video and description as well as refund policy you can see that this company is purposefully misrepresenting it's product and show you something and sell something else. They also operate under different names to confuse the consumer. The tent I bought from tumblecat was shipped from China. Just beware that you are dealing with con people.

Misleading company, or rather, pure scam. Never purchase from them! I’ve been waiting on my order for 6 months, and they keep leading me on with lame excuses why it hasn’t arrived yet. They created a fake tracking landing page, and refuse my cancellations. Haven’t received my money back either. But I reported it to PayPal, so I’m expecting to receive my money soon back after all.

Never ever order at this company!! You always have to pay upfront and they never will ship your shipment or they are pretending they lost it. They don't refund your money and you also will never receive a replacement!!! This compant is a fraud and everybody should know this. DO NEVER ORDER SOMETHING HERE!!!

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a tent when I saw a video on Instagram. The product I received is a TOTALLY different one, not the same size I ordered, not the same colour, not the same model, but totally different. I asked to receive the actual model I wanted but I don't think they ever had it! They used a totally different product to sell you a bad and cheap (already ripping out when I just opened it the first time). I doubt I will get through my only camping weekend with it still standing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very $$ for the CRAP I received.

Absolute Rubbish, poor quality items.
When they fail, crack or break, and they will, they offer you 50% refund or unachievable refund conditions that make returning an item expensive. They are aiming to keep 50% of the purchase price so will always win.
Stay well away!!!! You've been warned.

Magnetic case, RUBBISH!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of personal fans that clip onto your belt. Tumblecat responded that they had received my order on 7/14/18. They again responded on 7/17/18 that my order had been shipped (from China). My order arrived on 8/3/18, fully charged and ready to use. The only reason it's not 5 stars, is due to the length of shipping time. I would definately order from them again.

Do not buy from Tumble Cat, they mislead you into buying one product but ship another. Horrible customer service and no return policy even though they claim to have one.

This company is rubbish . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I ordered the 2 sec pop up tent ... even ordered the large one! and they sent me an ordinary pop up tent which I could have bought for half the price! They are rip off merchants. I’ve been in contact with them but they won’t send me the proper one. MIS SELLING.

Wrong case delivery after send photos now customer service not answer only send default massege. Don't purchase because cheater.

Bad bad bad site! I wish I read reviews before purchasing a crappy phone case. Plus, it came extremely late. They will not return emails when you want to return an item. Never again!! I hope someone reads these reviews before purchasing!

Tumblecat is a horrible company. Their ads are really misleading offering features in the phone cases or don't work as show in ads. I ordered one case approx 4 months ago it was a enclosed case with a mirror cover that was suppose to allow you to answer my clicking with the cover on, didn't work. In a email I was informed It required a app to work, the app was not free and only worked with android phone, I have a iPhone. I research the app to find this out, but They had very bad reviews.
I was also offered 10% off next purchase, which I never receive. Purchased the magnectic case. just received it Yesterday. I didn't find out it was Tumblecat until I received my pay pal receipt, should of canceled then , I thought I was buying Thur Amazon. This case is worst then the other one it is cheap, doesn't closed tight, has gaps between the front and back pieces at the top, is hinge type opening as described. I cannot charge my phone in case, the hole is too small for the charger to set in. And I has no protection on front, side, but even if it had the temper glass that you were lead to believe was there like the back side it isn't a high quality, my back glass was cracked when I received it.
At least the first case was a little better protection for my phone.

Bought a magnetic phone case for a Samsung 9+ no front protection, and the opening for the sensor beside the camera, is on the wrong side, don't even want to be bothered contacting them, after reading about them on trust pilot 😕 don't shop there..

If I could rate 0 I would. I have been following up with this incompetent company for over 6 months and have gotten absolutely nowhere. Tracking information tells you very little and phone contacts are not current. Have asked for refund and still nothing. Complaints to the ombudsmen were not a surprise on there end so that was not a surprise.

I purchased an iPhone 8 flip case in March, six weeks later it arrived wrong it was for a Galaxy, I sent an email and promised the correct case within 3-5 weeks, I am still waiting 4 months later, my emails are not being answered - customer service is a disgrace. I will never use this site again.

I just gave one star because there wasn't a total zero option. It took 5 weeks for delivery although to be fair, when I contacted them I did get a prompt reply.

Now, the lipstick review. It is AWFUL! it is uncomfortable dry, it stays sticky, and the color was way darker than what the website showed. I will never buy from them again.

I have never felt so little until this time when I decided to patronise in tumble cat products! STAY WELL AWAY!!! They are scammers! False advertisement! I was on wait for a two separate magnetic cover for my iphone 6s+ as advertised, instead what did I get, a 1 piece black cover you can get for 5quid in the market, and I have been duped into paying over 5x the amount. The item is advertised to be shipping from the United States instead it comes straight from China!! My mistake was I never read or saw any of these reviews before I went in to buy this time. Don't make the same mistake! BE WEARY OF CHINESE ONLINE TRADERS! MOST CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!

Bad Bad Bad service. The Facebook ad for the magnetic case was false advertising. What you get is a plain back cover, which you can get for less than $5.00. The free watch, you are lucky if you can get one.

Stay away from this site.

I have never ever experienced such poor customer service. I received my iPhone case (£22) it was cheap Chinese crap, contacted tumblecat with in the hour for a full refund, 2 days offered me 10% off next order ( I would never order from these people) then was offered 30% partial refund which basicly works if the cost of this cheap China case. Still waiting for refund 2 weeks later. I’m forever emailing them. Don’t buy from Tunble cat really bad service.
