I ordered a SatNav on the 4th December 2025. The company appeared to be UK based and even had a UK Email address and contact telephone number. They are a Hong Kong company and the product ships from Chine, with all the implications for returns and support. Their site said the item was in stock.

When I tried tracking my order their system it just showed as order received and no further information. I contacted them twice in December and on each occasion was assured the order was in transit. I finally contacted my bank on the 5th January and requested a recall of my payment.

The goods arrived on the 23rd January 2026 (seven weeks after the order was placed) and more than a month after I was assured that the order was in transit. As I was not home their carrier left the goods (a SatNav) on my drive in the rain.

I have looked at the product. It is poor quality and certainly not fit for purpose.

Do not waste your time and money on them.

I paid for my order and did not received. I contacted to turbo god’s supplier and I sent numbers of emails. I did not received my order or refund. I saying turbo god sell problems not products.

I ordered a dash cam.I took weeks to arrive. I used it for 3 weeks and now it no longer works. Contacted the Turbolords support email and they refuse to replace it as it is outside of their 31 day returns policy. A complete waste of money. Not happy at all. It started switching own and off and I could not connect it to the APP for the phone download. It crashed and will now not switch on.Complete junk.

What a terrible satnav, no zip or post code entry, have not seen such a poor satnav since 2010. Awful delivery, clearly came direct from China, took 8 weeks.

If I could award zero stars I would. Completely conned by this company. I didn't receive the quality sat nav I ordered - instead a cheap alternative arrived very late. After lengthy communication they refused to refund me as I was past the 14 day limit. I wasn't - their dispatch/delivery dates weren't accurate.

Glamorous web page , it’s in CHINA thought I was dealing with a uk company 14 days and still no delivery . Sent a few emails to no avail . Shocking that these scammers are allowed to operate 🤬🤬🤬

This is a savvy internet shopper speaking here and I’ve fallen hook line and sinker for the glossy website of gearlords.co.uk

Normally I am very cautious using new sites. However, this one caught me out. I paid with my credit card and contacted my bank as soon as I had a funny feeling I’d been scammed!

Bank cancelled card straight away and is helping me with the process to claim money back.

I shall have to put this down as a silly mistake. Please guys, do your research and check reviews first and don’t get caught up in all the fancy websites these awful people design and then pretend to sell quality items.

We must protect ourselves especially in the UK from all this deception.

Thoughts going out to all those people who have been deceived. Hoping it helps us learn to be more careful and not to trust these Chinese outfits!.

I tried to buy the battery jump pack, and I should have done my research first as I would have found all the helpful reviews! Darn it! Lesson learned!

Turbogods/Turbolords - Avoid at all costs! A scam company. I ordered a Leaf blower. The plastic bits arrived but not the battery. They said it would be delivered separately- 5 weeks later no battery, no reply to emails and the phone number for customer support is not active or recognised. Do not use or you will lose your money.

I ordered the Raptorvolt 12800mAh powerpack/jump starter last month believing I was dealing with a British based company as stated on their website. The item took 10 days to arrive as it was shipped from China. The item looked good but when I used it on my nieces car which had a flat battery, it failed to start it. I contacted the company for a return / refund and was told I would have to pay the postage and return it to China before a refund was issued. I sent videos of the item not working and they basically accused me of lying. I noticed the website has since been updated with a physical address in China.

As with others I googled best Sat Nav & directed to this Scam company. After thought looked on Trust Pilot & screamed , payment was pending so contacted TL to cancel, but as with others they said it was 2 hr window to cancel.
The Sat nav arrived 2 weeks later , box a bit battered & inside packaging said, returned or used.
Tested it on a simple school run journey, it was one road through a housing estate, the kin thing got confused , kept repeating turn right then rerouting . Then it sparked up giving instructions hrs later while sat on the table in house.
The instructions say battery life 6 hrs . Took us days to get it fully charged on short runs in car as instructed USB charging not recommended, despite a lead & place to plug it in. The battery lasted 70mins tops while doing nothing sat in house .
After going back and forth with emails, taking a video of the gobbledygook instructions, that wouldn’t send, then took an afternoon for a tec dinosaur to compact it . Now over a week later radio silence .
I’ve now done a charge back on my debit card , hopefully I’ll get my money back

i order a satnav, seen its was a dodge website then i tried cancel, they said it pass 2 hours window but they took 6 days to dispatch it, any ways i've return it at a cost £26 its been in customs they told me i had to pay customs fee to clear it ask the for details to pay they said they will get back to me, 4 weeks no reply so i gather all my evidence and did a chargeback and i got my money back, and now they emailing me telling me they don’t know why i did a charge back and to contact my bank to cancel 🙄, any ways i erg anyone who got scammed to do a charge back you will get your money back

Website said item in stock but failed to deliver asked for refund refused said it was in transit and gave me tracking number. When I entered tracking number it came up with no order. I have requested my credit card company to organise a refund as item not delivered.

Turbogods is a Scam. Purchased leaf blower after google search for best blower which directed me to this company. I had second thoughts and decided to contact company. Tel is not valid and email address is unresponsive. I was hoping it would arrive so I could return it but I have decided that I will move on and treat this as a foolish incident. Considering the earlier reviews I will not pay to return to China when at all times I thought I was dealing with a UK company. Please AVOID this company. I wish I had not been hasty and seen these Trustpilot reviews.

Complete scam. Ordered a sat nav & then found these reviews so cancelled order within an hour. Never received sat nav or replies to any of my emails.

Telephone number not in operation & looked at London address on Google maps - it’s a “garden studio”!

Please avoid this company - they will just take your money!! Will report to Trading Standards..

Just a bunch of SCAMMERS nothing but excuses from day 1. Going to take them to small claims court ,not for the money but the principle. This company should be banned from trading .

Someone needs to stop these crooks immediately they are con artists. Ordered a leaf blower and it arrived with no battery and it looks like something you'd buy from a kids toy store its a piece of plastic crap. They have zero interest in refunding me. DO NOT USE THEM.

Terribly poor. Bought a dash cam believing it was a uk company. Didn’t need the dash camera in the end as my mother in law had bought one. It cost £26 to return the item as it needed to go back to China! Still yet to receive my refund.

They give a London address on their Website, but to return an order, you have to pay to post it to Hong Kong. It doe not mention that on their site when purchasing.

Ordered a AquaBlast Pro 160 – Heavy-Duty Electric Pressure Washer
With wheels and 15M hose
on 18/10/25 and chased it the following week and again today (27/10/25). Their phone number does not work and if used states not available.
I paid and £189 was deducted from my account on 20/10/25 but goods never received. DO NOT USE THEM.

Hadley a very cheap car jump starter delivered, packaging damaged, asked to return and told that it would never arrive back at their Asian address, then wouldn't respond to correspondence, avoid this company at all costs, not on companies house, wish I'd done my research prior to perchance,
