And another one who has been scammed by them. Thought I was buying a leaf blower from a UK website; only saw it was Chinese when I got the tracking details. No item arrived, but customer service was supportive every time I emailed for3 months to complain. Until today, when I discovered the email bounced - doesn’t exist any more, and the website has also disappeared. So frustrated and annoyed by myself for being fooled.

The sat nav product was slow to be delivered. Straight out of the box the product appeared and felt cheap. It did not load instructions correctly. No other items were included in the package as suggested in the advertisements.
No reply has been received to my emails to seek a refund or replacement. One star is one too many.
This product from this company is not reliable and any other products may prove to be the same. Other retailers are available - use them.

I strongly advise buy nothing from this cowboy company. I recently bought a power washer which came with the gun extension rod missing, they tried to say that I recieved everything in the description and yet the invoice I recieved was showing a picture of the item with the extension rod attached to the gun handle. The company are a disgrace.

Absolute scam
Not registered in the UK, so no consumer rights. To return a product you have to send it to China, and pay the cost. Dead end once you do. Avoid like the plague.

Took me a while to install a dashcam from this company, then found that the camera is faulty. I was out of the return time and was given no help at all. Told to look at the terms and conditions. Support email address doesn’t work. Very disappointing. Polite emails but no help. Company in Hong Kong.

Sat nav use is awkward. It works, but not in an easy to use way. The company says you can return. However, you really need to read the small print. It is a return to China and the customer has to meet all the costs. I paid £26 tracked Royal Mail. This got it to Chinese customs where it has now been held for 3 months, pending someone collecting it and paying fees. I contacted Turbo Gods ( who do reply quickly) who said I need to pay all the costs and should contact my courier to get them paid. I have not yet asked Royal Mail about this. Even if Royal Mail can pay this, I have no guarantee I will receive my refund and more money will be wasted.

A complete scam of a company that tricked my mother into spending a lot of money on an item that was never even posted out. They had made a fake "top 10" website that drove traffic to their own site, which tricked my mother into thinking they were legitimate. They pretended to refund her, when it's now become clear that's not happened. Avoid at all costs and report their fraudulent business where possible. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Appalling, ordered at the start of December, chased on 20th December a d got the reply of "but our logistics team is
currently facing a temporary system delay on the courier’s side."
It's now the 19th January and no sign of goods or any communication!

A scam and a resurface of the shutdown turbo lords.com. Now 5 months into trying to get my money back via credit card. Tried to cancel order immediately when I saw order in early 200's after them claiming 20k+ 5 star review. Request ignored and dispatched. Return been sat with customs in China for 3 months as these tw4ts, previously Turbolords.com that were shut down by trading standards are refusing to provide the details for it to clear customs so I can get a refund.

WARNING, I ordered a satnav and cancelled it within the hour. I was told it was on its way and couldn't be cancelled. Waited for the goods to arrive, never came. The company then said they managed to cancel it before it left the warehouse. They returned half my money but will not refund the whole amount. The satnav was £97 pounds not a small amount. After about the fifteenth email they have run out of excuses as to why they can't return the full amount. They have even stopped answering my mail. So the reviews are correct and I am so annoyed with myself for not checking them first. Don't be caught like me, check the reviews before ordering abroad especially when they have an English title for their company, and not making it clear their coming from China.

Do not buy anything from this bunch of scammers.
Glossy website with a UK domain conning you into thinking they are based in London, they're NOT!!!
They sell cheap rubbish that goes wrong and then they are NOT interested in any customer service or warranty of any kind.
Bought a sat nav in October 2025 it packed up in December 2025 and they couldn't give a dam.
They said it was past 30 days since purchasing so "tuff luck" we're not interested, they couldn't care less about UK consumer rights law.
I urge anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this company to forget it and go elsewhere.
These people are scammers and thieves who care nothing about the customers they rip off.
I only hope they cease trading and are unable to rob anyone else, I would like UK trading standards to investigate them and if possible bring action under consumer rights law as they pretend to be in London but as they trade from China I doubt it's possible.
If I could give no stars I would, words cannot describe how bad these crooks are !!!

I bought a car battery jump starter from these on line traders, apparently based in China , having read a 9/10 review that clearly had been paid for .Dont waste your money on these scammers .The item did not work .I was asked for photographic evidence , which I sent .I requested a refund as it was not for purpose . I have been struggling to get my money back, a partial refund was made to my credit card some 9 weeks later . Their on line support team have been trained to chivvy you along . The item was under 100£ so I am not able to apply a section 75 notice .
This website is giving good traders from China a bad name.
I am going to try reporting them to the press .

No stars for this rip off company disgracefully steeling money from the UK people. Ordered Sat Nav told me can’t be tracked and when tried to cancel they offered only half of money back .
Did not even get that !! We got nothing so raising a dispute with my card holder .
Yes we all should read trust pilot save is a lot of money .

How I wish I had looked up this company on Trustpilot, i wanted to return a SatNav,the return cost would have been £56 as the return address in China has a remote location charge.i only received the address but was not given the email address so couldn’t return it. My error in not doing my research has cost me £107. Please please listen to reviews on Trustpilot otherwise you to will have a costly miserable experience.

Ordered a Cleanova Glide M7 – Smart Robot Vacuum - complete waste of money and not fit for purpose!
Was offered 15% discount when I asked to return it. The fees to post back to China are ridiculous - there certainly on to a winner!

I ordered a product, what I thought was from the UK, to be told they were not UK based & that the deal with China, where you products will be delivered from.
After trying to cancel shipment before leaving China, I was told it was to late to cancel & that my order would be in time for a Christmas present.
The order arrived a week before Christmas & I had been given the wrong item minus a SD card I'd paid for. When I emailed, I was given a apologetic reply & that they'd send a card out asap to reach me in time.....it didn't come & they owe me money from delivery that was not what I ordered.
Avoid this company who have now changed their name.

On 17 Nov. '25 I purchased (£159.00 approx.) a leaf blower advertised by them. Approx. 3 week later after several emails from me a leaf blower turned up. It was not the one I ordered. Checked for item on line and price was (£89.00 approx.). I emailed them stating they had made an error and if they gave me a prepaid label I would send it back and they could then send me the ordered item. They were not prepared to pay for the return and directed that it had to be sent back to South Asia pointing out the problems one could experience. Checked on line and cost of sending varied between £40 to £80 . Cost of phoning the South Asia address with the phone number given on line would be at premium rate.
Trading Standards could not get involved as it was deemed to be a foreign company.
Unable to talk to a human and their email replies I feel sure are AI generated.
This item wss meant to be an Xmas present. I'm stuck with the one they sent initially

Do nor buy from this company!!!! Uk address on website disappeared. Based in China, takes forever fir goods to arrive and when they do its cheap rubbish that doesn't work. Dashcam I received only records audio!!!! What a joke. Company try to fob you off with needing time to get advice from their tech team. Going to have to go through credit card company to get my money back. Stay with known companies and don't buy from these fraudsters

tried to cancel within alloted time, b ut told order already in hand. Agreed 20% refund but to return would cost postage both ways to China, plus any duty payable.
GPS looks okay and packing good, but in all other respects it is useless. Difficulty to load maps and almost impossible to enter data.
Route never works and takes onto roads that don't even exist. tried for two weeks on short and long journeys, but hopeless.
Totally unreliable and money wasted
