Like others on here I ordered the lock and realised afterwards when my daughter who knows all about these sites told me that it was a drop shipping site and these products are being shipped from China but made to look like U.K.. after I had been given a false reason why “ glitch in tracking system and also delay due to promotion”, I decided to cancel and asked for a refund . they refused by saying it was “in Transit” and offered 50% off instead. however I replied (email) to them stating this was unacceptable and would like a full refund or I would proceed with the charge back. They then offered a full refund on the product which I got today. If they refuse and offer a discount, don’t back down but demand it as they won’t want to deal with a charge back from the bank. 50% is what drop shippers offer in the first instance. Hope this helps. I have since bought a lock from Amazon, which is more secure and easier to deal with. To be fair to the drop shipper, after the demand they retuned the money quite promptly back into my account and apologised for initial issues. Hope this helps

Fake reviews on their website, inferior product probably worth a third of what I paid, if that. Beware of using this company! Although it appears they change names regularly so it is difficult to avoid them. Very untrustworthy.

What a terrible business. ordered two dashcam kits that turned up with parts missing. Now two months later another useless part turns up with no explanation. I don't believe that there is any chance of getting the correct order. They totally ignore consumer rights and hide behind overseas addresses and expect me to pay for their mistakes. Do not go near them.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company, avoid at all costs. Waited 3 weeks for goods to arrive only to be sent a hugely inferior product (not what I purchased). To be fair they have been engaging via email however, they are refusing to refund my money (as per my consumer rights) until I pay for all return shipping, including any custom charges back to China! They've offered a discount on the sent item which still doesn't come close to the actual value of the inferior item I've been sent. Truly awful.

I purchased a NavQuest GPS Sat Nav from this company. First of all, this is an American company marketing a product manufactured in China. If you must purchase from this company, be sure to use PayPal because, under American law, you do not have the European 14-day right to change your mind. I have a Satellite navigation system built into my VW, but European cars do not have speed camera alerts, so I used to have a TomTom Go for this purpose, an excellent product that failed after two years and offered little support, so I bought a NavQuest just for alerts because it has a good review in a paper. Note: Turbogoods have a review bar in the corner of their website with four and a half stars that looks like a TrustPilot review bar; nothing happens when you click on it, so beware of paid-for reviews in the press.

There are two big problems with the unit I purchased. Firstly, the speaker built into this device is of a poor quality, so even turned up full, it cannot be heard above a radio, so for any professional driver or anybody who needs camera alerts, this product is useless. Secondly, the GPS seems to be poor because it alerts a camera near my home in one direction and then does not alert me in the other direction. So to be clear, the camera alerting system offered by this product is not fit for purpose.

Finally, I have given up and will be putting this satnav in the bin. Any support involves sending a video to China, which does not reply. It has been three weeks now, and I have escalated the complaint: Nothing, there is no effective support. My advice is not to buy one.

Received broken item. So many emails and weeks later still no refund and no replacement! Never again in my lofe

0 stars. Made to look like UK web site but need to delve deeper and Hong Kong firm despite UK phone number (premium) and UK email address. Item reviewed on UK Best reviews (now vanished), 1780+ Trust Pilot reviews, not found, says featured by Telegraph, Guardian and BBC, not found. Anyway 2 weeks late arriving after lots of excuses. Totally inferior product (steering wheel lock) with flimsy keys, complete rubbish and wouldn’t use. Delivered from UK address but customer service say needs to be sent back to warehouse in Asia for refund but of course will be expensive, as they point out, and will not be worthwhile. So much for 30 day money back guarantee. Trading Standards unable to help as non UK company. As with other reviewers we’ve all been scammed and they will get away with it until our now depleted Trading Standards get some teeth to protect UK buyers.

As of today I am still waiting for my order - tracking on parcel has the same image showing its in transit and has done since the order was confirmed 26 days ago! I am told glitch and overloaded system is the reason for this. I have asked for refund and told 'it's in transit' so can't refund. I have no faith in the company or the product based on this and other reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

i would have chosen zero if there was an option. Ordered goods on 27/11/25, a steering lock and still hasn't arrived. written to support @ turboGods 3 times and usually get a swift, pleasnat reply. I thought they were a scam company from the start and said that I was going to inform my bank. I was told they were genuine and not a scam and don't inform bank. since then I have been given an evri tracking number which is obviously false and it has been with Evri gateway for 5 days! I have asked for refund twice and not got a reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now taking it up with my credit card company

i would have given zero star if i could Don't touch this company !!! SCAM SCAM SCAM ...faulty dashcam lots of emails to and fro ...them promising to sort something to no avail... really do not give them your money !!

Item ordered.... tracking looked very suspect so I contacted TurboGods.
Long email back stating glitch with tracking but when I ordered they said product was out of stock in uk and they had requested on the date of my order the item to be shipped to me from Asia. They said I would get it in a couple of days??!!
In light of reviews and the fact they have not responded to me querying a 48hr delivery from China I have arranged for Amex Credit Card to reverse the payment. This is clearly a scam company.

I would give zero if I could, ordered a battery charger but reading the reviews I cancelled order within 3 hours as per their terms and conditions on 19th November and still waiting for my money to be refunded, the items were not send and email confirmed the cancelled order. Now they don’t even return email when asking when my money will be refunded 🤬🤬🤬
Avoid this company - it’s not even in Britain

Rubbuish - never buy anything from them. The Chinese hoover I have received is without connector to use the long arm. Customer Service comes with useless explanation. Don't buy anything from them - lost money.

I wouldn't even give the a 1 star, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK, the goods did not even arrive, and now they are ghosting me not even replying to an email.

TurboGods is a scam unit.
I suggest everyone buying from the internet check first and then pay if reviews are very good/ excellent.

Be warned Turbo Gods are quick to respond to queries with excuses, but goods do not arrive.

Ordered a battery starter and never received it.It wasn't posted.They don't like answering emails so my bank is getting my money back .Order at your own risk.

Paid for goods never received anything not even a confirmation email. Have raised a dispute with my Credit Card company will see what the outcome is

Ordered a Vegadrive dashcam. Not quite as advertised, doesn't work properly, if at all. A cheap Chinese piece of tat.
Have tried to get some help with it several times but I keep getting similarly worded sympathetic replies saying they're going to forward advice from their 'technical team', but nothing gets done. Avoid at all costs.
