Ordered a Vegadrive dashcam. Not quite as advertised, doesn't work properly, if at all. A cheap Chinese piece of tat. Have tried to get some help with it several times but I keep getting similarl... See more

Faulty car battery charger
Faulty car battery charger. I recently purchased a car battery charger after seeing a great review from a so called expert online. I paid £99 and when It turned up 2 weeks later the charger wasn't taking a charge!! For nearly 2 weeks now following 24 emails the company is still playing me along saying they can't access the video I've sent showing the thing not working. I'm not asking for the exact tlreturn address to return the item but they seem to be stalling me to get away with doing nothing at all. Do not buy from this company it's a scam!!!

It took 4 weeks to get the item a leaf blower and charger, it's not the one on their website it's one with Chinese writing on which came from China and not as stated on their website in stock from the UK. Do not buy from them also if you send it back it will be you pays to China. Joke.
Turbogods, scam artists
When you click to buy the number one recommended vacuum on Toptech devices, so say written by David Brown, it takes you to turbogods.co.uk. When you order there, what arrives is a cheap, Chinese vacuum made of inferior materials and is overall very disappointing in its appearance and performance and not what you thought you'd ordered at all! It takes forever to arrive and there is absolutely no communication, such as a confirmation email, shipping details etc.... A completely dishonest operation, deliberately designed to mislead and profit from unsuspecting buyers. This needs to be stopped immediately to prevent others from falling for this elaborate scam. I'm seriously annoyed I fell for it 🤬
Awful company
Awful company. Ordered a jet wash which was not cheap but apparently best in the market , still not arrived after about 4 weeks . Will stick to buying karcher from now on .
Been fobbed of with emails , saying its in transit , I have done all the chasing .
Going through my bank now to chase a refund . Scam artists !!
Do not buy .
Avoid. They are con artists!
Avoid. They are con artists!
They pay for a top slot on Google for a "sat nav review" website which belongs to them! The sat nav they recommend is the awful device which they sell. It doesn't work! Do not buy!
Return goods for refund has to via Asia AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE!
Poorly made, a far less powerful pressure washer than advertised. Does NOT clean patios!!
The scam is any returns for a refund has to go via Asia AT YOUR OWN Expense - which is not viable - the UK business address is meaningless. DO NOT BUY.
A big scam
First of all, these products are subject to fake reviews to induce you to buy them. I fell for it. Nearly a month later still not received the item ordered. A big scam - don’t touch them with a barge pole
Ordered a vacuum cleaner
UPDATE
Cleaner arrived. No notification or anything, firm just replies with standard emails blaming new hub. The website needs to clearly state that the item will take 2+ weeks to arrive. In regards the cleaner. Seems ok at the moment, the filter is very small and the underside seems to get clogged a bit quick. It does feel cheap but at the moment it's working. Nice and light and doesn't take up a lot of room.
Ordered a vacuum cleaner, no delivery or tracking. After 2 weeks I send another email and miraculously it's allegedly now on its way. Stay clear their product is too good to be true, appalling customer service. I'm asking for my money back before I have to contact credit card company.
£160 gone – TurboGods are a complete shambles. Avoid at all costs!
I ordered a leaf blower from TurboGods and it’s been an absolute disaster from start to finish. The courier (EVRI) lost the parcel, and despite me doing all the chasing — contacting EVRI multiple times and even forwarding their responses to TurboGods — the company still refuses to take responsibility.
Instead, they’ve come up with a string of contradictory excuses, first claiming the parcel was with EVRI, then saying it was “stuck at customs,” then “released,” and now… nothing. They’ve stopped replying to my emails completely. It’s clear they have no idea where my order is, no control over their logistics, and no interest in resolving it.
Their so-called “London office” is just a virtual mailbox — there’s no real presence, no phone number, and absolutely no accountability. £160 of my money has simply vanished, and I’m left empty-handed.
TurboGods are not to be trusted. Their communication is chaotic, their after-sales support is nonexistent, and their attitude toward customers is disgraceful. Avoid them like the plague — you’ll thank yourself later.
I ordered the wrong dash cam
I ordered the wrong dash cam, so ordered the correct one and returned the other to China via Royal Mail tracked. The parcel arrived in China on 30th October 2025 and appears to be stuck there for past 11 days. No refund. I would avoid this company
