Now the machine omg love it easy simple and picks up everything I’ve tried other brooms but this is hands down the best

The way you package it damaged areas of the brush and I had to remove the two brushes and use a hairdryer to straighten the damage areas. You would need to support the brushes so they don’t rest on the bottom of the box

The machine was relatively easy to assemble. The logo label came off immediately but that is not a big deal. The machine works fairly well for leaves and general debris, but isn't really doing what we bought it for, and that was to remove all the loose broken grass tips. The dogs still have it all over their fur. We were hoping this would work a bit like a vacuum. Also, consider some sort of offset wheel arrangement like the original lawn boy mower. It doesn't clean the corners and edges well, and in one place where there is a wall against the grass, it cannot reach all the way. I get this isn't like a mower with a rotating blade, but there needs to be some way to get it to clean the edges and corners better.

It's easy to push and it picks up well. It also makes the turf look like it was just laid.

We had a turf machine that sucked, (no pun intended) and it broke down, so I found yours! The silver lining is that this one is superb compared to the other!

Great product. It does a real good job vacuuming up my small leaves on turf.

I’ll say that it doesnt clean leaves off hard surfaces very well (such as pavers, concrete, etc.).

The product is working well for us. The only glitch so far is bouncing.

The equipment is excellent, but no communication from the seller, goods were to arrive on the 11th, it didn’t but thought I was scammed as there was no reply to emails, and no other way of getting in contact with them. Approx 4 or 5 days later another tracking message popped up, and it was delivered.
Again very happy with the product just lack of communication from seller.

I love my Turfmatic sweeper. It cleans the debris and stands the grass back up for a great look. Something happened to the motor during the first year and it wasn't working. When I requested warranty help they asked for a few pictures and then gave me a full credit back to my credit card. I ordered another the next day.

Where is it. Not been delivered. Ordered on 30 Nov. paid for courier delivery(8 days). Weekend now so 15th at the earliest. Courier tracking note says 10 December delivery. What rubbish.
