Great Customer Service! The product I selected was not available in the colour I had chosen and CS contacted me directly via email to ask if I would prefer to choose another colour or wait for the product/colour to come back into stock. I appreciated the personal contact and option to substitue to fulfill my order in a timely fashion!

I LOVE the Turkish Bazaar, mainly because they have Rebul colognes, which I think are the nicest scents on the planet and reasonably priced. This time though, I also picked up a box of Koska Turkish Delight that was on sale. I've had Turkish delight before, but this particular one is over the top wonderful. International shipping rates are fair and service is very fast. Great vendor.

Shipping was insanely fast. Everything was well packed. I’m very happy with how everything went.

Great customer service.
I ordered a double teapot and the box it came was not labelled fragile. The bottom teapot was metal. It had one layer of bubble wrap on the side. The glass teapot was in a smaller box sitting on top of the metal one. It was not wrapped at all so the tip of the spout was chipped off. I emailed them with pictures. They blamed the carrier and I was sent a replacement for the glass teapot. It arrived four days later. This box was also not labelled fragile but the pot was wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap. Before unwrapping the second layer I noticed the handle was broken into multiple pieces. I emailed again right away and was sent another one. The last one arrived wrapped in a box within a box and had three fragile labels on it. Finally! This one didn't come until after Xmas so I had to wrap the first broken one but my mom loved it and used it anyway until the new one arrived five days after Xmas. Overall, I was annoyed about the product breaking so easily but their customer service person was awesome with dealing with it and I received replacements pretty quickly.

I really a big fan of turkis stuff. Turkisbazaar deliverd my favourite item along with cute gift.. due to delivery people, tea glasses broken and they immediately responded and in-person delivered the second set. Amazing service and beautiful tea glasses I am enjoying everyday with turkis tea. Thanks Sam. I will order again...already recommended some of my friends.
