Awesome customer service!
One of the best customer experiences I've had with an online store. Proactive and fast at answering any questions. I also liked how the correspondences were more personal. With larger businesses and chatbots you can end up with obvious stock replies that that don't really answer your questions, which is just frustrating. This was not the case with Turkish Bazaar. Our order was also packed and shipped very quickly!
