The furniture that I ordered exceeded my expectations.
The quality of the wood and the finish is excellent.
The pieces look beautiful in my lounge and I wish had discovered Turnball and Thomas years ago.
The items were delivered promptly and well packaged to prevent damage on route. Infact I have never received items that were so well wrapped.

The service and communication was poor. Placed first order and then never heard a word. Communication was so lacking that I forgot that I had placed the order and re-ordered original item plus a piece of art. Only then did I realise and rang them. They refunded and I thought all was well. Again silence. I rang sometime later to be told I would get a call the following week with a delivery that week. Again silence. I rang again and was told it would be delivered the following week and I was offered a date that worked for me.
Both items arrived. The framed white ceramic rose is great. However the piece of art was not the right colour. It looked deep blue on website but actually it’s a really strong turquoise. I’ll keep it and try and find another home.
So 1 star lost for lack of pro-active communication and 1 star lost for the piece of art. Shame. I’m doing a total home transformation and would have bought more furniture but not confident if I cannot touch / see item.

Love the sideboard, just as described. The delivery men were most helpful in getting this large item into the right place. Happy to recommend, many thanks T & T!

honest, reliable and excellent customer service

I recently purchased a hall table from his and am seriously impressed by both the product and customer service. The table is exactly as pictured/ described and the quality is incredible. The customer care quickly answered any queries that I had and I'm looking forward to purchasing from the company again, in the near future.

Absolutely love our trunk bar, it looks amazing it’s now fully stocked

Advertised as in stock but still takes over 6 weeks for delivery. T&Cs do say possible 6 weeks if you read all the detail but didn’t expect that for an in stock item. Item is very nice after a good clean but the mirror is in fact plastic not traditional glass style mirror.

Extremely pleased with the purchase of my Verbier mirror. The product is very beautiful and well made and the customer service has been excellent throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!
