Easy ordering process, good communication and delivery on time. Great service.

Had a great experience with Turnbull and Thomas. I ordered the Linear sideboard and very happy with it looks lovely in my living room. The delivery guys unpacked it and put the legs on. Beth in customer service was lovely and made sure it was delivered when it suited me.
And if you don't like something you can return it, albeit with a charge for such a big item.
Would recommend to order with confidence.

I was dubious about ordering my mirror because the price was so cheap - but how wrong can you be!
From the lady who phoned me to confirm my delivery date to the firm’s own driver who contacted me on the morning before he delivered - I couldn’t have been in better hands.
Turnbull & Thomas are absolutely top level for service but at amazing prices and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A great piece of furniture delivered within the specified time. Customer service was excellent too, when I called to enquire about delivery dates. Very courteous and friendly delivery staff too.

Fabulous bar stools!
Excellent customer service. We wanted some bar stools that were the same style as our new dining chairs but wasn’t sure the colour would match - we contacted customers services who were very helpful and sent us a piece of fabric to check they would match.. we purchased the stools they arrived earlier than suggested which was great.. they look fabulous, better than expected and very comfortable! Cheers!

I had a great experience order the goods on line. Service was excellent, got a text to say the van would arrive in 20mins it was spot on. The delivery chaps were very polite, took a lot of care to bring the goods into the house and gave us a bit more information about the company. Well worth a visit.

We are pleased with the chair but the delivery took longer than expected as the chair was advertised as in stock. We had to chase up the delivery but after that it was delivered at the time promised.
