Couldn’t be more pleased with the white Windsor bookcase we ordered. Customer service was great, It was delivered and fitted on time. The delivery guys worked hard to assemble the bookcase into an awkward space within an old cottage. Would definitely recommend and order from T& T again.

Beautiful furniture and received in timescale . Would be nice to receive and email giving approx number of weeks for delivery when purchased. I called and very friendly person let me know and then contacted me once it was ready for delivery. Would use again

Chair is really well made, but had to wait so long for it, nearly gave up and cancelled. Could have improved the level of communication - I had to email and ask when we could expect it.

I contacted this company a few days before Easter asking for an impossible pre-Easter delivery on an item of furniture. Thank goodness I did. Despite the lack of time, we worked together and between us we came up with a solution the item ordered was delivered to the centre of London at 9:40am on Thursday. The staff were professional, courteous and very very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that, despite the short time frame, everything went like clockwork. I would recommend this company to anyone and will most certainly use them myself despite the distance.
