Leonardo was beyond helpful! Love this site!

Leonardo was beyond helpful! First I ordered a vanity, then a medicine cabinet and now I am about to order a linear fireplace. Every order was seamless and delivery was as promised. Can't say enough about this company! Wish every online experience was this easy! I only wish I lived closer to the showroom so I could stop in!

The item was shipped in a timely manner …

The item was shipped in a timely manner and was very nice. My problem is with the return policy charging a 25% restocking fee which I find to be exceptionally high for the industry. In addition to the 25% the cost for shipping drove the price to return to almost 50% of the original cost of the purchase. I would not order from this company again.

First they send out the wrong color of …

First they send out the wrong color of my faucet and delays my renovations. And I took a look at the faucet and it does not extend. I told them that and they tells me it does. Not it moves, extends meaning it pulls out, this does not. It doesnt have the weight to pull the faucet head back.

So, I decided to return the faucet and their restocking fee is 35%!!! If you are not really set on keeping items you order from them, keep in mind their restocking fee is outrageous.

After all this fiasco, I returned both faucets. They received the faucets but failed to refund me. I had to contact them and they tell me to call Houzz. Which I did and Houzz told me they don't understand why the company didnt contact them to approve the refund. Basically, their restocking fee was nothing, I did all the work for them.

The only reason they didnt get 1 star is because their communication and responses was good... other than that I will never order from them again.

Jerry, the restocking fee is the manufacturers policy not ours.Your faucets were shipped back to the manufacturer not our facility. Secondly, we do not control any money what so ever on the Houzz channel. The customer needs to initiate any refund or verification for a refund at all times. We have no control what so ever with refunds or charges on that channel. Lastly We dont know who you spoke to but Houzz does employ many young people who really do not know the return or refund process or policy. They are only a middle man and you are more than welcome to contact us dierctly next time instead of speaking to them.

Placed an order

Placed an order, told it was shipped, received a notice shipment was delayed, reordered, told shipment was on the way, 1 day before delivery,told the shipment was delayed, Have been without a kitchen sink and counters and cabinets for 5 weeks now. How should I feel?

Hi Donna, all Camapania products take 2-3 weeks to recieve because they stain them, They are not on the shelf stock items due to customization This is stated on the product page and in the shipping details page. As for the damage, please send us a picture of the broken leg and box so we can send it to Campania to ship out a replacement.

Hi Helen, all AFD vanities are hand made and are 12-16 week lead times as stated in the product descriptions. Sometimes production is delayed. Beautiful hand made unique items like that are extremely hard to find in this day and age.

Excellent customer service

Our tub looked exactly how we expected, it's going to look great on our new bathroom. It was delivered on a timely manner, even before the expected date of delivery. The tub arrived in perfect condition.

Such a hassle

I received an email a couple of days after my purchase that the item I had chosen was no longer in stock with no plans to carry it in the future. (Which would've been nice to know from the start.) And then they asked ME to contact the third party seller (Houzz) to cancel the order. What??

HI Trisha, your Nova solo table was sold out over that weekend it takes 1-3 days lead time for manufacturers to inform u's if it's in Stock still.That model had no eta which means they do not have a date when the new inventory will be shipped to the USA. We cannot control their inventory at their warehouse or stock. Sorry for.the hassle.
