Missed ship timeline

The estimated ship date came and went with no contact. When I reached out they said they would "get in touch with the warehouse and get back to me." They never got back to me, I had to reach out again 2 days later. Finally they let me know they had ordered/received the wrong one, and it would be 2 more weeks until it shipped.

Email confirmation does not have a link to the product, so if you want to go back and see what you had bought, it's difficult - there is only a picture

Hi Karl, all Water Creation vanities ship out of California Water Creation warehouse not our warehouse in NJ. Please read our shipping guidelines on each product page. It takes 1-5 days to process an order and sometimes the item inventory is not accurate due to weekend and holidays.As we stated the 72" vanity is not on that container only the 60" and because of high demand they sell out fast. We do have a phone number you could call and speak to us about your order at any time. We are here to assist any way we can and if you wanted to cancel you can. Your 72" is due to arrive second week in July.

On point...

Smooth transaction, fast delivery, great selection...Would much prefer supporting this business over bigger online stores and the support is second to none when you have questions. Recommended!

Very good quality product at a good price

Very good quality product at a good price and seemingly well-packed. However, after unpacking, saw a very small chip on one corner of the square water dish. It wasn't worth going through a return process but somewhat disappointing. Also, the assembly instructions could have been clearer and better illustrated.

I really can't review the quality of …

I really can't review the quality of the product I ordered in May. I have not yet received it. When I placed the order, the shipping "estimate" was for between June 6th and 9th. We were having an open house on June 11th, so I figured that it would arrive in time. It didn't. The tracking continued to say June 9th, until June 8th, when it was changed to June 12th. They were taking professional photos that day, so it was better than nothing. The shipping company called and told me that they couldn't deliver that day, but could today - June 13th. I'm very disappointed and the company politely told me they could offer me a discount on my next purchase. Who would make a second purchase from a place where they didn't get what they were expecting?

Hi Christina, as we stated in our shipping terms, all our shipping delivery times are not guaranteed especially when delivering fragile items via freight from the east coast to the west coast. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. We are here from 9 to 5pm M-F. We would have assisted you in arrangin a different delivery option to accomidate your strict delivery timeframe if you would have called us before purchasing.We always try to accomidate our customers on an individual basis.

Be wary of "number of units available"

Unfortunately, inventory was out of date. I called to confirm and was told they were more than 90% sure the item was in "the" warehouse. Bottom line, they were out of synch with their supplier.

Vanity arrived damaged with large chunk …

Vanity arrived damaged with large chunk of granite countertop in the sink basin, didn't spot the damage until the truck departed since the packaging looked perfectly intact and with little signs of shipping wear. Sales manager requested multiple photos of the damaged part to submit to the Silkroad manufacturer, but they passed blame to Roadrunner trucking, which he saw no point in contacting since they would also deny responsibility. Sales manager suggested epoxying the parts together, which I will do, but that repair will show on this allegedly new vanity top. Lessons learned, always completely disassemble the packaging and thoroughly inspect before signing, never buy from anyone but Amazon (they ensure customer satisfaction, regardless of supply chain issues, and would have replaced the unit) and NEVER EVER buy anything marketed by Silkroad again.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new …

I am absolutely thrilled with my new Marble Top double Vanity! It was in perfect condition when it arrived. It was extremely well protected with safty wrapping. I even got a 5% discount/refund for ordering directly from Tuscan. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future. They are honest and kept their word. Reminded me to properly inspect my merchandise before I allowed the delivery truck to leave it. I am Absolutely a customer for life!! Thank you guys for going above and beyond! I will tell all my friends that are in need of something you guys have to offer, to shop with you! Glenda Rippeto / HAPPY CUSTOMER!! <3

I had a small issue with missing a part. I contacted TuscanBasins and received prompt and courteous service. I would not hesitate to order from TuscanBasins again! I am delighted with my new fountain.
