Happy with the booking & job
Happy with the booking & job. Steve removed an unwanted satellite dish. It would have been great if the removed items were taken away for the costly job but happy it got done on the same day of the booking.

When i phonesd i was asked when i would like a visit , i requested asap and within one hour they were knocking on my door. not only was it rapid but the chap that did it was up the ladder and finished within one hour excelent service and very professional, thank you so much paul davies can not recommend highly enough would use again in a flash.

A bad experience turned good
I asked for two roof aerials to be replaced and the cables checked. Roof aerials were replaced but a massive hole was drilled through my front room wall to accommodate an additional cable where there already was one. I was fuming. I paid and by good fortune the organisation responded to my review asking how they could rectify things. They listened and offered to reimburse me as well as sending another engineer to see how he can assist to get rid of the excess cables. I feel heard, looked after and valued as a customer now. I would use this firm again.

A price for the work was pre-arranged so there were no surprises when I settled the bill.

Quick service, called in the morning for a quote and the guy arrived by 11 gave us a quote and fitted the Ariel there and then.

Quickly found and rectified a fault with accessing our Sky freeview.
Had a problem in our holiday let and could not access sky freeview for some reason. Paul was very helpful came very quickly and found it was easy to mend, just a loose connection. Very reasonable on price and sorted it quickly.
