Second review! The only way they’ll refund is if I change my review! Absolutely shocking. No idea how this is acceptable or possible on a legitimate review site. All I request is my stolen money back.

Awful experience. I was charged twice with no notice or notification of a subscription. I have emailed their customer service three times with no reply, all I keep getting is ‘rate your recent experience’ email. I haven’t had any customer service yet! I hope that I have successfully unsubscribed and I won’t be charged again! I have requested a refund of the funds taken and no reply still. It would be good if someone actually helped me!

The assistance is prompt. Their willingness to resolve my concerns is something I appreciate. BUT!!! THAT'S ONLY AT FIRST! Until now I haven't received the refund they promised they'd process. It's about a month now from within10 days. What? They're nothing but a scammer!!! SCAMMER ALERT!!!
