I sent in the power supply for repair, it was returned without being repaired and without a quality check performed on it. The only repair done was a visible blown resistor. No diagnosis was performed and no check. The board arrived chipped in one corner and would burn the fuses on the power plug, behavior that was no noticed before the 'repair'. Wasted a lot of time for a very poor service, would not say that the technician working on the board had knowledge of electronics. The only good thing about this was the excellent communication, other than that a huge waste of time.

Repair of a polaroid TV, took several attempts - so my chain of thought was T con board, then two days later - Power supply, then two days later Main PCB, all which were in stock. Shipping was prompt Fault was eventually on the LCD array. All not needed boards returned and prompt refund. Will definitely source from Emos TV aka tvparts.co.uk again.

What can I say but WOW. Ordered a Bush TV circuit board in the morning it was delivered at noon the day after by Fed EX. I needed Technical help. Laura and the team responded in minutes, which was free advice. 30 mins later one fully working TV. All around a wonderful experience.

Great reliable, fast service all fixed in just 1 day, and very affordable so much cheaper than having to buy a new one. Thank you for your professional service.

Though I would have to buy a new TV when 49" LG LCD stopped working with no warning. Turned out to be main-board failure. Laura was really helpful with identifying part number, paid £41 for a new board which arrived 2 days later, well packaged and in great condition. Installed in 1/2 hour (and I have never taken the back off a TV before, so really easy). Back to full working order. Call these guys before spending £100's on replacement TV. Thanks Guys!! Ordered a power board, it was faulty but was no problem, another sent and bingo all sorted. Customer service top quality and kept informed throughout the full process, well recommend.

Bought a part from here in the hope it would fix my TV. Part didn’t resolve the issue so asked if I could return. They accepted the return with no question and refunded.
Can’t argue with that so worth the 5 stars

I needed a repair to a Samsung tv that went ‘pop’. (That was the actual sound!)
Replacements were not looking like a viable option so I hunted for a repair service.
After a browse, a phone call and a little procrastination I bit the bullet and sent the board to EMOS TVs.
My board was sent late on a Monday and returned on the Saturday. The only issue was the Royal Mail tracking service which lived up to its usual, slower than useful updates.
All installed and working fine.
Personally I’m very happy with the service.

Having Paid and sent of a tv board to be repaired on 1st Nov 2019, a week later i had to contact them as no word about the repair was received, they said that during packing i had cut of a cornet of the board and they'd have to source the pieces ( complete lie, the board was more than well packed) weeks go by and still no response as to when this repair will be carried out. Then on the 29th November i gave up, called them and told them to cancel the repair and refund the money...as of today 9th December 2019...no refund..and now they don't answer any emails or chat requests i have sent...this company should be avoided at all costs.

This company and their knowledgeable staff (I dealt with Connor) got me out of a mire, after the as Internet catalogue company I bought my 20mth old lg tv didn't want to know, when it went faulty.
Fairly priced parts and quick delivery. And quick to assist re an issue with one of the parts supplied.

To be avoided. Ordered T.v. power supply on Saturday and paid for next day delivery expecting delivery on Tuesday and received email on Monday at 2:30 stating Item shipped. No parcel on Tuesday and Royal Mail tracking says " The system is currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference ******4****GB . Please try again later ". Emailed on info@emos contact and received no reply after four hours , emailed person named on Paypal receipt and only then did I receive response from info@emos stating item had shipped late Monday night despite previous email and it was Royal Mail's error with tracking information. Have requested to be reimbursed for next day delivery as they failed to deliver.
