The Customer Service experience is great , they responded to my query very quickly and they were very professional in handling the situation and find a solution .

A total fraud!
They send out mails, claiming to be from a well known company, on your birthday, offering a gift. Then you end up buying their subscription that you never wanted.
And if you want to cancel, they want to charge you again for that.
Stay as far away as you can! They're obviously also connected to runsofa.com, same scheme.

I m not happy

I had been assigned a membership that I had never personally signed up for. I sent a resentful email to the sender and within a few hours I received a polite apology from Mr. Jamal and a proposal to refund the small amount of money I had paid. Such speed and courtesy surprised me and in fact I congratulated the company so much that I wrote "despite my message was not very friendly the response was fast and very professional. Congratulations." I do not want to judge the company's products and activities, which I do not even know, but I think it is right to recognize the seriousness and professionalism of the company's Customer Service through Mr. Jamal

Support was very helpful to resolve the issue but be aware that this site tricks you into signing on a "free gift", but it then requires to subscribe (without being completely transparent about that) and with bad deals that won't be covered by the "credit" you receive (or really prepay with the "subscription"). I wouldn't call it a scam, but it is dodgy.

Did not get full information of what i was purchasing but I received good service

Zoe is helping me resolve the unsolicited subscription made to my bank account. I had complained about not having given authorisation for a membership to be opened with Tvshop, yet had transactions done on my account. Zoe reached out to me regarding my complaint and has been helpful since.

Very happy with the service provided by Nicholan. Issue quickly resolved.

I was complained regarding my membership cancellation . the concerned operator were very cooperative and helpful. He stopped more deductions from account and immediately proceeds my membership cancellation.
