I ordered an emergency kit on 5/2 RX…

I ordered an emergency kit on 5/2 RX got to pharmacy on 5/2 and approved 5/6 TWC website says "Rx orders ship only after prescription approval is completed and received by our partner pharmacy. Rx orders typically ship within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after prescription approval, not from the date of purchase." I am still waiting, and they cannot give me a date when they will ship. My Dr is helping me make my own with the CDC smart pack list for less. Trying to get refund - violation of NY consumer law

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! 6 weeks after them processing a charge to my card for $599 they havent sent any product and refuse to refund me my money. I have contacted my credit card company and will have to wait for them to go through a very lengthy process. It is ridiculous to take people's money and then not even update on status of order. A TOTAL RIPOFF!!

Prescription not received after 8 weeks!

Doctor quoted me 7-10 days to receive my order. Today is the 8th week or 56 days and still no product but they collected their money upon ordering. I have been given the runaround, impossible to locate a corporate contact phone number (it doesn't work).
The Wellness Company is a scam, unreliable, lie...
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

After 5 weeks of waiting

After 5 weeks of waiting, my order hasn’t arrived. Customer service gave me false info each time I called so I stopped trusting them. I would recommend buying from another seller with more efficiency and integrity.

Horrible customer service and terrible about orders not being shipped.

I ordered from the Wellness Company 6 weeks ago. I have called them at least 2 times asking where my order was. I finally called them last week and demanded my money back. They apologized and proceeded to charge me a $50 cancellation fee. I am shocked. Do not use them. I thought this was a above board company. Turns out I was wrong. I will be disputing this $50 charge with my credit card company.

My experiences with the Wellness…

My experiences with the Wellness Company have all been positive. I have used the Telehealth service and ordered supplements. Supplements are received in a very timely fashion. Customer service is also five star. They have been helpful with an extremely rapid turn around time. The wellness Company has my highest recommendation.

This company is 100 percent solid

This company is 100 percent solid. They have excellent customer service. Their supplements are high quality and the ones I have used work very well. Their providers are excellent. This is just a good, solid company which I highly recommend.

Easy consultation

Initial consultation was quick and easy. Prescription arrived quickly. There was a problem setting up the patient portal. My email address, which gets all other correspondence from TWC, never received the OTP required to confirm my account no matter how many times I tried. Customer Service was responsive and tried to help, finally coming up with a work around. It didn’t fix the original problem but it at least got the portal working. It’s too early to know if the prescription is working but I’m hopeful.

Don't do it

Don't do it. They took my money. I emailed and they gave me a fake tracking number (they haven't actually shipped ANYTHING). Another week goes by, so I call and speak with an agent named Bren. He acknowleged that they company is "having trouble keeping up with demand" and advises that I just keep waiting. It's been over an month since I both paid and completed the physician review; I request to cancel and get a refund. He puts me on hold and then comes back to tell me that he cannot refund as that is "against policy because it's been longer than 30 days". Well, who's fault is that? I tell him that I have a strict policy against getting ripped off.
Current status: reported to the bank.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. It’s been almost 7 weeks since my first order and I received nothing and spoken to customer service seven times. All I get are excuses. I have another outstanding order that I still haven’t received since April 21. Their talk track is “ We are still waiting to hear from the pharmacy.”; “ someone in customer service will get back to you..”. I still have no product I’ve spent almost $1000. I will be filing a complaint on taking further action.

TWC, valuable and trustworthy.

I would give 5 stars but the company is going through growing pains right now as they increase and add to their services and high quality products; TWC has sparked much public interest since it is unique to the market, it stresses prevention and general health as well as medicines to help get you well when ill. They keep the politics out of medicine, a huge plus. These facts make the company trustworthy and valuable to its customers and patients. I am grateful that we have The Wellness Company!

TWC.Health /SCAM

TWC.health. SCAMMERS. The wellness company.
These people are shipping my 88 year old aunt 240 pills every 45 days. We called to have it cancelled then it pops up with my email and still billing her. Of course they’re charging more than I could buy it on EBay for and wont take any returns. TWC.Health stealing from seniors
