Does the product need to be shaken first?
After much peptide research was going to order TWC Regenerate for joint issues. Checking online their very own product was $70 more than a vendor selling the same product. Ordered from vendor, had a short but ok expiration date . Problem is you would think under ‘instructions’ on the box and on the bottle the first thing would be ‘shake well’. Well, it’s not written anywhere you would think, and after a week’s use, noticed way down at the bottom of the bottle ONLY under ‘warnings’ it states shake well. That’s it. Needs to be put on the box and prominently on the bottle.

Very uncomfortable with the protocol that the physician ordered so I changed my mind and did not want to order the medicine anymore. But they wouldn’t
let me cancel , citing their policy is that you can’t cancel after you fill out a medical history form. Also, it takes them over 3 weeks to even get it in the mail. I had to call my credit card co and report fraud. The wellness company then insisted on still charging me $50 cancel fee. So i paid $50 and never got product. DO NOT USE THIS Company. They overcharge as well.
Frustrated customer in pain
First I am going to say that I have always spoken with a person and they were helpful somewhat. I ordered a product in April and still haven’t received it yet . I’m in extreme pain so out of desperation I wanted to try the Relief RX . It just seems to me if a person is in pain out of compassionate care they would expedite these orders . When I called today the guy said to give it till Monday and if it’s not here that they would start the refund process. I pray that I get it and it’s effective. The Wellness Company stole my money,
The Wellness Company literally stole $509 from me! I ordered the wrong product and tried to get a refund. Since October of 2025 TWC has stonewalled me and the Maryland Consumer Protection office by claiming not to be able to open encrypted and unencrypted correspondence from both me and consumer protection. This in my opinion is criminal and there should be some way of prosecuting TWC and their management.

Not sure who’s writing the bad reviews, must be just difficult people! This is my third or fourth transaction with the Wellness company and everything has went very smoothly with each transaction. Prices could be a little bit lower, but there’s not too many trustworthy and dedicated companies out there offering this service. Their research and writings on all the peoducta are above and beyond any other company. Kudos !

I attempted to purchase the Parasite Cleanse product but was not able have it sent international. I reached out to the support team for help. Their reply was prompt and explained why. They even suggested how I might be able to obtain a similar product in my country which I found very helpful. Many thanks to the support team. Great job.
Over priced and unethical
I ordered a product last month. I quickly realized that their prices were very inflated and cancelled. When I opened my credit card statement this month I saw a charge for the product that I cancelled last month. After calling them and asking why the explained that I was on a subscription that I never agreed to. They wouldn’t refund my money even though the product hasn’t shipped. Customer service was terrible and would never recommend this company.

The Wellness Company patient portal allows me to check-in for appointments, read my medical records, see tests/lab results, keep my medications and allergies up to in the system. I love it

I am giving 4-stars strictly based on the service Clifford w/customer support and the Prescriber provided. However my overall experience up to this point was close to a 1 and I was starting to doubt the integrity of the company based on lack of communication. I reached out to customer service multiple times over a 3 week period, and could not get a response, or the response was generic. My hope is that this was due to glitch in their service desk system and not a reflection of the company. Once Clifford became involved resolution was quick and he was quick to answer any follow-up questions I had.
Poor experience, disappointing product.
5 weeks to receive first oral tirzepatide script after ordering . Replacement sent shortly after to address a common crystallizing issue. May script simply missed. Sent query, was told they were happy I was using the defective script (?). Finally, zero weight loss at two months while following instructions. Queried Dr advice, was advised to see my Dr about injectables instead. Given the situation, asked for a refund for the Select plan which was also refused. All round disappointing experience. Much better options available. Avoid.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH WELLNESS COMPANY CHARGES
I ordered the medical emergency kit online. I needed, as part of the process, to go through a very basic medical questionnaire (very basic) with a so-called online physician to be allowed to purchase. So it said my application was paused for this process. I erroneously thought I had to go back in and finish the checkout. However, I realized my account was already charged...and because I went back into the purchase area and almost began another purchase but didn't finish or go through any other physician approval, they still CHARGED MY ACCOUNT again! How does a company charge an account - when one doesn't even go through the entire process? It was a very long agonizing process to get the 2nd charge eradicated.
Breast cancer markers decreased!
After watching several YouTube videos about the results of a recent cancer study using a The Wellness Company's compounded mixture of ivermectin and mebendazole, I decided to order some and try it for six months to decrease the lump in my breast.
After a couple weeks, my naturopathic doctor ordered more blood tests, and I’ve already seen a decrease in my two breast cancer blood markers. (One is down to a normal range and the other has decreased at least a couple points!)
I’m very happy with the company. I’ve been interviewed by one of their doctors, who gave me specific instructions for my situation and the company has worked with me to utilize coupon codes to get the best deal since I’ll be taking the pills long-term (vs a simple parasite cleanse).

Ordered the Ivermectin/M combo cancer treatment. They took my $510 and when I reached out, the best they could tell me was the “Prescription went to the pharmacy” that was over 32 days ago. I have yet to be notified as to when it will ship. Very disappointing to say the least. Sad that they give you the option to rush the order. Greedy!

Be careful with this company
Be careful with this company. I purchased the ultimate spike Detox and got a little sick from it. So I looked up info and was told to half the dose from 4 to 2 to see if more tolerable. I did but needed more time to ensure product was working. I went into the site and was going to cancel but instead skipped a month per that option. Well they chose not to skip and sent me an email saying my order was processing. I contacted them and the representative could see where this transaction took place but said she was unable to stop the order.
I told her I would have to return the order when it arrives as I'm not sure if I can keep taking this due to how it has made me feel and need more time to evaluate. She literally said "Well I would strongly advise not to return the unopened package as you will just be throwing your money away. We do not RECYCLE product." So basically it was their error, and the consumer just has to eat it. Also these bottles are NOT made to order for each consumer. so in what way is returning an unopened package RECYCLING product?
Big red flag. No thank you.
Now that I'm reading reviews I can clearly see this is a pattern for this company. They do this to many people. 3 out of 5 stars is terrible. I wish I had came here first to be more informed before starting this subscription.
Just be careful as we need to be able to trust the people we order from and certainly who keep our credit card information on file. I cancelled and wiped my card immediately and took pictures to hopefully avoid this problem moving forward.

This is a scam. Learned if you are even taking an aspirin this detox could cause death by brain bleed!! They don’t tell you that. Cardiologist was angry!!And, now that won’t give you a refund after almost killing you!
