Ordered 3 weeks ago, still nothing

I placed an order on April 14th I was called on the 16th and told how to take the medication. They charged my card.
It is nearly 3 weeks later and refuse to refund my money because they've said multiple times now that it's already in shipping, too late to cancel but everyday it's nothing. Not shipped.
I've been emailed to rudely and spoken on the phone to rudely.

Not a happy experience

I placed my first order on 4/8/26. It is now 5/5/26 and I have no solid information on a shipping to date. I already received the information that my renewal Rx was being processed and I haven't even received the first Rx yet. I email customer service and when they decide to answer me, they tell me it takes 2-3 weeks, well we are now on week 4. This is very poor service. They tell you they are sorry and offer you a coupon, but they don't offer any real answers. I am very disappointed. I could have used several other providers but came here. I am now sorry I did and I am ready to cancel everything.

I was about to order H2Focus when a…

I was about to order H2Focus when a deal popped up stating that if I purchased $45 dollars worth of product, I would get $45 off my full order. I then proceeded to purchase two bottles of H2Focus when another deal popped up saying that I would get $35 off if I spent $35. I wanted to take advantage of the original deal. I called the company to rectify this discrepancy only to find out that several companies outside of TWC sell their products in spite of the fact that I was ordering directly from the TWC website. The representatives for the company resolution is being handled from people in the Philippines working on a set script. I've order multiple products from TWC and I am dismayed at their focus to just push their sales at all cost then to provide good customer service commensurate with their product reputation. I won't order anything else from this company that does not think enough of my loyalty to do things right.

SUPER easy & tirz gum works!

SUPER easy transaction! From the date I placed an order, I had the product in hand within 7 days via Fedex. They also took my HSA card no prob. TWC gets a 10/10 from me; service was stellar & they went beyond my expectations. I was worried it could be a scam, but after going thru the (super painless) process myself, I now know that it is NOT a scam. Happy camper!! My 6mg Tirzepatide gum was ordered 4/28 & received 5/4; med works as expected @ $225/mo.) So thankful that this option exists, as glp-1 meds elsewhere are >$1,000/mo. Please note that they do NOT take insurance, Medicare or Medicaid however. It's cash pay for a compounded med, but it works!! :-)

The Wellness Company—great resource

I have found The Wellness Company extremely helpful in providing products to address various issues I have encountered with digestion, skin, and sleep. They have been a terrific resource.

Still waiting……,

Been almost a month and still haven't received my order. The pharmacist never called to confirm and repeated texts and calls only result in the same message that the order is being processed.

Placed an order on April 8th and charged on April 10th. Still waiting for a notice of shipment almost a month later. The last correspondence said 7-14 days delivery. Bad, but something I could deal with…..this ridiculous. I should have read reviews before ordering.

Our Wellness Company Experiences and Recommendations

I am not writing about one experience but the integrated experience over a few years.

We (me and spouse) became interested in the The Wellness Company when it formed just after the COVID nonsense. This is when it became obvious that the medical and insurance industries in the United States did not have the best interests of patients as a first priority and could not be trusted anymore. The creation of The Wellness Company (TWC) by Dr. Peter McCullough and others appeared/appears to be a significant paradigm shift for the better.

We joined the low-level membership a few years ago to be able to access the literature available and the discounts on the various supplements, especially the ones for Spike detox and mitigation. While things were a little rough around the edges earlier on, this was to be expected with a start-up organization. With time, the interactions became more seamless and smooth. TWC was learning and growing.

More recently, I have become aware of personal changes that are going to warrant a more engaged interaction with TWC, so we have upgraded my membership to Elite level for better access to consultations and some of the supplements. Unlike the initial joining a few years back, this upgrade and a logistics issue have been handled about a smoothly as one could ask. We are looking forward to this expanded interaction to provide us access to medical care for resolution and healing, as opposed to eternal/chronic drug treatment without cure. Thus, we are embarking on a new phase of our interaction with TWC, with the initial interactions being really positive. The adventure into this new paradigm for medicine has just begun, and we are looking forward to the journey.

If one is tired of being treated as a number in a vast, uncaring system for medical treatment in the US, you should understand that today each of us has to take responsibility for their own health. The Wellness Company is offering a serious alternative to the present, broken system. We recommend that thoughtful folks should seriously consider giving it a try.

Grossly unprofessional

Attempt to get a virtual MD visit was a ridiculous nightmare. It was confusing & difficult to schedule in the first place necessitating contact with customer service, then my husband never received the appointment confirmation email as promised in the instructions, necessitating another call to customer service. Their response? They told my husband to email the doctor directly, to work it out with him. Our elite membership that we each paid $1000 for was NOT with the doctor, it was with TWC, so TWC is who we expect to resolve problems with their process. My husband also inquired why this process required him to provide our credit card # again, when TWC already had that on file with our membership. They made up some stupid reason that turned out to be a flat out lie (see below). The appt confirmation email was received a mere one hour prior to the appt time, containing the first notice my husband received that a half hour's with of paperwork was required prior to the appt. He rushed through the paperwork, logged into the zoom meeting early, then sat there waiting probably an hour for the doctor WHO WAS A NO-SHOW!!!! Fortunately while waiting, he took a screenshot of his computer showing him logged to the zoom meeting with the date & time, and emailed it to customer service requesting info re: what went wrong. While he was doing that, the doctor had immediately billed our credit card $30 saying my husband had no-showed!!!! (Hence my assessment of TWC having lied about the purpose of providing our credit card #...this was NOT the reason they gave!!). My husband had to place the umpteenth call to TWC customer service who was disappointingly noncommittal about how or even IF they would rectify this, and in fact I think even then they tried again to make my husband go back to the dr. directly for resolution. Rather than immediately refunding our $30 (remember, they had the screenshot proving that my husband was not a no-show), they hemmed & hawed and dragged their heels for several days, then finally refunded the charge. That doctor shouldn't have charged the patient directly even if the patient was a no-show...again, customers pay for membership with TWC, not with individual doctors' offices, and TWC contracts with the doctors and is responsible for paying them for their time, even for no-shows I would think. That doctor should have been getting paid by TWC. Here's the kicker: having received zero info from TWC on why the dr. no-showed, we can only conclude that he's a jerk and we can't work with him. BUT, he's the only dr. TWC has in our state for that service, so we can't even receive the main service we paid $2000 for our membership for. And btw, forget about even being able to understand the customer svc reps. It seemed like every one of them had a strong foreign accent, and all different ones as if our calls were being sent hither & yon around the globe. Where are these people, anyway?

Refund was processed quickly, would have preferred a replacement product instead. The products are marvelous and have made an impact on my lifestyle.
