Don't do it

Don't do it. They took my money. I emailed and they gave me a fake tracking number (they haven't actually shipped ANYTHING). Another week goes by, so I call and speak with an agent named Bren. He acknowleged that they company is "having trouble keeping up with demand" and advises that I just keep waiting. It's been over an month since I both paid and completed the physician review; I request to cancel and get a refund. He puts me on hold and then comes back to tell me that he cannot refund as that is "against policy because it's been longer than 30 days". Well, who's fault is that? I tell him that I have a strict policy against getting ripped off.
Current status: reported to the bank.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. It’s been almost 7 weeks since my first order and I received nothing and spoken to customer service seven times. All I get are excuses. I have another outstanding order that I still haven’t received since April 21. Their talk track is “ We are still waiting to hear from the pharmacy.”; “ someone in customer service will get back to you..”. I still have no product I’ve spent almost $1000. I will be filing a complaint on taking further action.

TWC, valuable and trustworthy.

I would give 5 stars but the company is going through growing pains right now as they increase and add to their services and high quality products; TWC has sparked much public interest since it is unique to the market, it stresses prevention and general health as well as medicines to help get you well when ill. They keep the politics out of medicine, a huge plus. These facts make the company trustworthy and valuable to its customers and patients. I am grateful that we have The Wellness Company!

TWC.Health /SCAM

TWC.health. SCAMMERS. The wellness company.
These people are shipping my 88 year old aunt 240 pills every 45 days. We called to have it cancelled then it pops up with my email and still billing her. Of course they’re charging more than I could buy it on EBay for and wont take any returns. TWC.Health stealing from seniors

Customer service

So far wellness company response has been prompt, it's seems some of the popular medications take awhile to receive. Customer service is great.

No customer service for refills

I -laced an order for a refill on April 10. I have yet to receive but they have my $75. Communications have always been initiated by myself. It takes 2 to 3 days to get an answer. The answers are nothing but excuses. I -laced a refill order with my regular doctor and asked him to use Amazon. I received it 14hours later.

TWC has the worst customer service I have seen in years. Buyer beware.

Amazing Products & Outstanding Customer Service

I’ve ordered from this wellness company multiple times now and they’ve been consistently great every experience. Their customer service is always helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind, which is hard to find these days. The products have also been really good quality and I keep coming back because I trust what I’m getting. Definitely one of my favorite companies to order from!

I gave 2 stars

I gave 3 stars, not because of bad product or service, because of availability. The kits seem to be full and complete with all the meds but the availability is not there for everyone. I am on disability and leaving the house is not a viable idea. I am also on SSD. I cant barely afford groceries for the month and the price of these kits are way out of my budget. Cant there be a way to work with medicare and medicaid to make them available for seniors. They could benefit from these kits most as, most of the meds in the kit will help a senior in an emergency and be beneficial to aiding doctors in treating illness and infections immediately in the home.

Not great communication

I didn't like the lack of communication. I placed my order early April and suddenly realized, late May, that I had not received it, but was charged instantly upon placing order. I called and was told I needed to fill out a patient form and speak/email with a doctor. But No one had ever told me. Then I was told it would ship in 3 weeks, making it over a month to get product... What?
Communications weren't good. But recently it was great. I think the kinks need some working out, for sure.

I must say the wellness group has…changed my life and me

I must say the wellness group has changed my life for betterment. I am so glad I found these products and company. Everything I’ve tried was great quality products and great customer support. It’s a no brainer that the 100s of snake oil supplements advertised on the news need a lot of suckers to pay for their overpriced non scientific stuff in order to pay for air time

Text messages for advertisement almost…

Text messages for advertisement almost every early morning (5am) and afternoon on my cell. I've emailed them begging to be removed from this list, nothing. This has been going on for months. I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN because of this harassment that I never agreed to.

I ordered my Contagion kit on May 7 and…

I ordered my Contagion kit on May 7 and received it on May 23. Customer Service and the emails explained that it might take 3 weeks to arrive. I followed all of the instructions for The Wellness Company and Charm Health PHR. The kit arrived with all of the promised ingredients. Now I feel more prepared since the MSM tries to incite a new panic about a new virus almost every day.

I ordered a Wellness kit from TWC over…

I ordered a Wellness kit from TWC over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I have just contacted them again and they are telling me 2 or 3 weeks. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the kit. If I don’t receive it soon, I will be looking into the Class Action Lawsuit against them. I will not be cheated by this company. I am very disappointed that this company appears to be a scam.

Scam

Scam, selling you $25 worth of generic meds for $350. No call back, no return email. This system need to be regulated.

Awesome communication and service

I had a question about the variation in coloring between the different batches of capsules in the Spike Support. I emailed the company and they literally responded within minutes. My concern was addressed immediately. I provided them the requested pics and lot numbers. My concern was completely addressed and resolved within 24 hours. Excellent communication and Awesome customer service.
