Awesome communication and service

I had a question about the variation in coloring between the different batches of capsules in the Spike Support. I emailed the company and they literally responded within minutes. My concern was addressed immediately. I provided them the requested pics and lot numbers. My concern was completely addressed and resolved within 24 hours. Excellent communication and Awesome customer service.

Would give no stars if possible

Would give no stars if possible. Horrible customer service, product not delivered and will not give a refund. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will not ship your order and just give you the run around when you inquire about your purchase.

I was either sent wrong product or…

I totally understand your policy of not accepting any order back for health and efficacy concerns and made that remark when I called initially to report incorrect order. Your representative put me on hold for numerous minutes and was so unclear and not communicative about receiving some break for ordering my original incorrect order which I paid $110.00 I consider that unfair. In reading information about ingredients in what you have sent me, something called Meheylene Blue I became very concerned about its reputation of possible harm to me. No thanks to this product I was incorrectly sent or your staffs communication prowess. Your scripted response to my initial complaint was expected.

I ordered a travel kit but then…

I ordered a travel kit but then realized I didn't want to list my meds or talk with a doctor. They refunded my money right away. It makes sense that they wouldn't just send out meds without knowing what your already on.

Got ivermectin and mebendazole first…

Got ivermectin and mebendazole first order was great they got it to me in 2 days. The refill online said 3-7 days. Then I got a text saying up to 2 weeks which would have been this Saturday 5-23-26 . Then we called to see why they have not shipped now they are saying it could be 3 weeks. They will not refund the order either. Going to dispute the order if they do not ship it next week

Remember to put in your discount code twice!

The most important thing to know is that they will not auto-populate the field that asks you for your discount code ... this is true even when you first entered the site using a URL that literally contained the discount code within it. For example: I entered via twc.health slash files with the 10% discount code being "FILES".

I went through the whole process a few days ago, and was left wondering where my refund was, at the end. I then had to call in to ask for the refund, which I think will be granted, but I'm still on the phone with them right now waiting for it. The phone call has been 49 minutes and 12 seconds so far as I write this. ... which is a long time to spend on the phone for just a $33 savings ... So just remember to manually check every step in the process for input bars where you could possibly type the word FILES, before you complete your checkout. Then you won't have to spend 49 minutes on the phone. I write this as I remain on hold, for the refund to be processed.

This is very "Mid" as the kids say ... so I gave the experience a 3.

I was Ripped Off

I ordered the Spike Detox product. I can't write this review on the product because I never receievd it. I receievd a text and email confirmation that the product was delivered but, it was NOT. I called emailed and texted customer service and they blew me off. I was told to contact the carrier and file a police report. It is not my responsibility to track down what happened. They created the problem but refused to help fix it. They did not offer to replaced the order. Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. Good Luck if you order from Wellness Company.

It's been over a month and never…

It's been over a month and never received the product. Cancelled and disputing the charge with my credit card. Very disappointing. This complaint seems to be the same theme over and over again and The Wellness Company has done nothing to address it. What a disappointment

Disgusting service,big time scam.l have…

Disgusting service,big time scam.l have ordered one time purchased with %15 discount and they enrolled me for subscription which l never aware of it and they sent out second bottle without l opened the 1.st bottle yet.and called to cancel second bottle but agent was f..n rude an unbehave.they loose people’s trust if keep acting like this.cant leave a google review and on here looks 3 star which proves their service quality.

Does the product need to be shaken first?

After much peptide research was going to order TWC Regenerate for joint issues. Checking online their very own product was $70 more than a vendor selling the same product. Ordered from vendor, had a short but ok expiration date . Problem is you would think under ‘instructions’ on the box and on the bottle the first thing would be ‘shake well’. Well, it’s not written anywhere you would think, and after a week’s use, noticed way down at the bottom of the bottle ONLY under ‘warnings’ it states shake well. That’s it. Needs to be put on the box and prominently on the bottle.

Very uncomfortable with the protocol…

Very uncomfortable with the protocol that the physician ordered so I changed my mind and did not want to order the medicine anymore. But they wouldn’t
let me cancel , citing their policy is that you can’t cancel after you fill out a medical history form. Also, it takes them over 3 weeks to even get it in the mail. I had to call my credit card co and report fraud. The wellness company then insisted on still charging me $50 cancel fee. So i paid $50 and never got product. DO NOT USE THIS Company. They overcharge as well.

Frustrated customer in pain

First I am going to say that I have always spoken with a person and they were helpful somewhat. I ordered a product in April and still haven’t received it yet . I’m in extreme pain so out of desperation I wanted to try the Relief RX . It just seems to me if a person is in pain out of compassionate care they would expedite these orders . When I called today the guy said to give it till Monday and if it’s not here that they would start the refund process. I pray that I get it and it’s effective. If not they will not get any anymore money from me. I want to believe in this company. So far they haven’t given me a reason to

The Wellness Company stole my money,

The Wellness Company literally stole $509 from me! I ordered the wrong product and tried to get a refund. Since October of 2025 TWC has stonewalled me and the Maryland Consumer Protection office by claiming not to be able to open encrypted and unencrypted correspondence from both me and consumer protection. This in my opinion is criminal and there should be some way of prosecuting TWC and their management.

Not sure who’s writing the bad reviews

Not sure who’s writing the bad reviews, must be just difficult people! This is my third or fourth transaction with the Wellness company and everything has went very smoothly with each transaction. Prices could be a little bit lower, but there’s not too many trustworthy and dedicated companies out there offering this service. Their research and writings on all the peoducts are above and beyond any other company. Kudos !
