Parasite Cleanse

I attempted to purchase the Parasite Cleanse product but was not able have it sent international. I reached out to the support team for help. Their reply was prompt and explained why. They even suggested how I might be able to obtain a similar product in my country which I found very helpful. Many thanks to the support team. Great job.

Over priced and unethical

I ordered a product last month. I quickly realized that their prices were very inflated and cancelled. When I opened my credit card statement this month I saw a charge for the product that I cancelled last month. After calling them and asking why the explained that I was on a subscription that I never agreed to. They wouldn’t refund my money even though the product hasn’t shipped. Customer service was terrible and would never recommend this company.

I am giving 4-stars strictly based on…

I am giving 4-stars strictly based on the service Clifford w/customer support and the Prescriber provided. However my overall experience up to this point was close to a 1 and I was starting to doubt the integrity of the company based on lack of communication. I reached out to customer service multiple times over a 3 week period, and could not get a response, or the response was generic. My hope is that this was due to glitch in their service desk system and not a reflection of the company. Once Clifford became involved resolution was quick and he was quick to answer any follow-up questions I had.

Poor experience, disappointing product.

5 weeks to receive first oral tirzepatide script after ordering . Replacement sent shortly after to address a common crystallizing issue. May script simply missed. Sent query, was told they were happy I was using the defective script (?). Finally, zero weight loss at two months while following instructions. Queried Dr advice, was advised to see my Dr about injectables instead. Given the situation, asked for a refund for the Select plan which was also refused. All round disappointing experience. Much better options available. Avoid.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH WELLNESS COMPANY CHARGES

I ordered the medical emergency kit online. I needed, as part of the process, to go through a very basic medical questionnaire (very basic) with a so-called online physician to be allowed to purchase. So it said my application was paused for this process. I erroneously thought I had to go back in and finish the checkout. However, I realized my account was already charged...and because I went back into the purchase area and almost began another purchase but didn't finish or go through any other physician approval, they still CHARGED MY ACCOUNT again! How does a company charge an account - when one doesn't even go through the entire process? It was a very long agonizing process to get the 2nd charge eradicated.

Ordered the Ivermectin/M combo cancer…

Ordered the Ivermectin/M combo cancer treatment. They took my $510 and when I reached out, the best they could tell me was the “Prescription went to the pharmacy” that was over 32 days ago. I have yet to be notified as to when it will ship. Very disappointing to say the least. Sad that they give you the option to rush the order. Greedy!
Sadly, I have yet hear anything concrete on when my order will ship. Just keep telling me it has been prioritized and is in process with a pharmacy. So 2 months after taking my money, they cannot tell me anything more than they have already replied repeatedly. I requested to speak with a supervisor and one did call me. Same old, we are looking into it, it has been prioritized. They even offered a $100.00 off my next order. I asked it be taken off my current order. We can’t do that was the response. Why would I order anything else from them, with the current situation.
I have to wonder if I had paid the original up-charge to rush my order, if I would have already received it?? If so, they could have gotten it shipped out by now. Cancer treatment and no urgency at all to ship it.

IT IS NOW JUNE 8, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER

I placed order 3 weeks ago, still not shipped. Agents are evasive and no answers. I will never do business with them again. Filing a dispute. Don’t use.

***THIS GETS WORSE.***As of today I have not received my refills. It is now June 8, 2026. I have repeatedly contacted them. Terrible company, DO NOT USE.

Be careful with this company

Be careful with this company. I purchased the ultimate spike Detox and got a little sick from it. So I looked up info and was told to half the dose from 4 to 2 to see if more tolerable. I did but needed more time to ensure product was working. I went into the site and was going to cancel but instead skipped a month per that option. Well they chose not to skip and sent me an email saying my order was processing. I contacted them and the representative could see where this transaction took place but said she was unable to stop the order.

I told her I would have to return the order when it arrives as I'm not sure if I can keep taking this due to how it has made me feel and need more time to evaluate. She literally said "Well I would strongly advise not to return the unopened package as you will just be throwing your money away. We do not RECYCLE product." So basically it was their error, and the consumer just has to eat it. Also these bottles are NOT made to order for each consumer. so in what way is returning an unopened package RECYCLING product?

Big red flag. No thank you.

Now that I'm reading reviews I can clearly see this is a pattern for this company. They do this to many people. 3 out of 5 stars is terrible. I wish I had came here first to be more informed before starting this subscription.

Just be careful as we need to be able to trust the people we order from and certainly who keep our credit card information on file. I cancelled and wiped my card immediately and took pictures to hopefully avoid this problem moving forward.

This is a scam. Learned if you are even taking an aspirin this detox could cause death by brain bleed!! They don’t tell you that. Cardiologist was angry!!And, now that won’t give you a refund after almost killing you!

My order went to Aurora

My order went to Aurora, IL and I did not receive it then. The company refused to refund me my shipping charges yet the products they mailed back to their second company in IL. I am very disappointed in this company as I placed my order from Canada and I am out $200 for shipping which is quite expensive and because my shipment was sent back to same company would like refund of the shipping charges of products never sent to Canada. Was issued gift certificate on the 26th of Feb, 2026 and same thing happened. Refund my shipping charges please !!

Short answer: Drops did not work

Short answer: The Drops did not work for me. I followed the directions exactly for 12 weeks and I did not lose one pound. I consumed the same amount of food as before using the Drops.

Long answer: I had been on a plateau with Weight Watchers for 6 months and decided to try the Drops as a way to break the plateau. My goal was to continue to follow the WW points method and simply add in the Drops daily. To test if any weight lost was directly attributed to the Drops, I controlled the food variables by following WW recommendations and tracked every bit of food for the test. The two variables I let be variable were (1) I ate meals when I was hungry, and (2) I stopped eating when I felt full. Although not controlled, I also had meals with my family (on a schedule). The Drops programs said it was an appetite suppressant, so these seemed reasonable.

At 10 weeks, I realized the Drops were failing at both. (1) I got hungry at regular intervals, like my pre-Drops diet. No reduction. (2) I only felt full AFTER I had a meal. That full feeling happened from 15 to 30 minutes after the meal. At that point it was too late "eat less." Nowhere in the literature did I see a recommendation for modifying HOW I eat the food, nor the interval for the meals. In other words, the Drops failed.

Since the Drops say they're an appetite suppressant, I did not try to modify the way I ate. For example, I could slow down the meal. Or I could drink a glass of water 15 minutes before the meal. Or drink more during the meal. These are well-known ways to eat less, but I did not want to introduce extra variables. I wanted to avoid, "Did I lose weight because of the water or the Drops?" After all, the Drops are $500/month and water is, basically, free.

Conclusion: The Drops do not work for me. From my perspective, they don't work as advertised or recommended at all.

At 10 weeks, I still had drops remaining. So, I started taking the Drops, when my stomach was rumbling (empty), at least 20 minutes before my most point-heavy meal, supper. This is a variation from the "as soon as you wake up in the morning" recommendation. Sadly, I did not lose a single pound doing this modified application of the Drops either.

I had a problem of not receiving the…discounts for a product.

I had a problem of not receiving the membership discount on one of the items I ordered. On the order review it was difficult to determine which discounts were given since the discounts are not displayed on the order review. I had to do the calculations to see if I received my discounts. When I tried to contact customer support through chat I was dealing with AI assistant which was not help at all. AI asked if I wanted a support person and I replied yes but it was unclear if I was to stay in the chat or look for an email. After several attempts with the chat option I used email to contact customer support and I received my discount. Once I made the correct contact my problem was quickly resolved.

Excellent Products and Customer Service

I ordered the emergency medical kit, a doctor called me later that day with a question about an allergy I have, and I received my kit a few days later. I ordered Tirzepatide, filled out the medical questionnaire, chatted with a doctor and received my medication a few days later. The doctor sent me an email so I can contact her directly with any questions. The support team at TWC was quick to respond and fully answered my questions about auto-fill. I am very happy with the products and services I have ordered from TWC. Will continue to be their customer and refer friends and family to them.
