Mark, Cam & Team completed the first part of our build today and it’s been one of the best building experiences we’ve ever had. Brilliant Service !!! Highly recommend
We have just had 15 windows & a door installed by Stu & Max & we couldn’t have asked for a better team despite the cold weather & working conditions.
They have done an absolutely superb job , professional, attention to detail & have really gone the extra mile to ensure we are totally happy - nothing has been too much trouble!
They have been courteous, respected our property & ensured all has been left tidy after each day ready for the next. They were friendly & always smiling, in good humour so we all had an enjoyable week!
Stu carried out a checklist each day then a final overall checklist on completion which shows the high standards the team & company apply. In fact we are so impressed we are thinking of TWC overhauling over conservatory in the near future !
In addition we would like to thank Jed in sales for his patience with our reconfigurations & computer visits but we have a fabulous result in the end! Also the surveyor was lovely too!
Thanks to all at TWC we would highly recommend but in particular Stu & Max - we are very happy customers 😄😄😄

From the initial phone call to the "final" installation, everything was efficient and customer service was exemplary. This was despite the fact that our door did not fit perfectly the first time, but a swift phone call was made and another fitter came and resolved the problem for which we were very thankful. We now have a good quality door and no draughts and guaranteed for 20 years. We would thoroughly recommend TWC.

They installed seven windows for use including two bay windows very quickly and efficiently and were mindful to clean up after themselves. They were extremely curtious the entire time and showed great respect for our property. Over all the work was of high quality and very professional.

They were polite, friendly and hard working, and at the end of each day they left our garden tidy. Don’t buy from TWC
Don’t use these, they said they fit high quality windows and provide a 20 year warranty- it’s a LIE. the window blew its seal after a couple of years. I took pictures and sent them off to them for a replacement. Asking for an update they now don’t answer my e mails. They can’t confirm the window was ordered to be fitted. I had heard they have a poor after sales service and it’s true. Hoping someone may contact me with some better news that they will replace the window.

I recently had some windows replaced on the front of my house, this being the second time I have used this company. Great products, professionally installed, reasonably priced and they look great. I would recommend this company if you don’t want the hard sell tactics often used by some of the bigger double glazing firms.
