I had had a lovely chap called taffy who knocked my door today from the window centre. He was a really lovely chap and I haven’t seen a sales that is so good at his job in ages. Everything he said was crystal clear and he pointed out all of the issues with my windows very articulately

Taffy knocked at the door today and he was an absolute pleasure to speak to.
He didn't push me into any purchases, I let him know I rented so wasn't able to do much to the property.
He asked with the type of windows I had if I suffer with mould, then directed to a website that can help. He was more concerned for the well-being of my daughter rather than selling to me.
Such an amazing chap brightened up my day for sure.

Good company to do business with from start to end
Decided to talk to them when we had a knock on the door as we did have windows that needed replacing, and we're glad we did.
The sales guy was friendly and informative, and even gave us suggestions that we might not have considered (such as the ability now to have a large single pane in the main kitchen window, without openings/extra bracing). The price also seemed fair considering costs have gone up a lot in the past years.
The surveyor was also very good and explained it all, but it was the fitters that really made it special. They ensured that we got a pretty much perfect match on the mortar around the external frames, which meant that they had to return, but the were polite, courteous and did an excellent job.

Quality product with very high quality fitting from the excellent James; he was speedy and very clean. After fitting was completed James demonstrated how the locks work and made sure we were happy before leaving. The transaction was brilliant from start to finish.

I had a really informative experience with Steve Webb who knocked on our door as he is doing some work opposite us. The process from the initial sales team visit to the fitting new windows and doors was very smooth. Arlo and Luke did a fantastic job and worked non stop from start to finish. They cleaned up daily and kept me informed of progress. A couple of minor issues linked to the windows themselves have already been resolved just under a week later with excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.
