Quick fix of my dropper post
My dropper post was a sad victim of wet and muddy Scottish conditions and had quit working completely. I dropped the bike to the shop midday and was able to collect it later that afternoon. Excellent service as always!

Very positive experience
Rang company to check out how the gift card system worked ie was it a physical card( in which case how could I show that the billing address was different from the delivery addtess) or what? Turned out it was a simple matter of receiving an email with attachment which I was then able to forward to my son as a gift.The staff member was very courteous and I received the email within minutes of our conversation.
