I was happy with the product and it arrived in good condition.
I was told that I had a order number then didn’t hear anything for a week and had to ring to find out where the item was after that call the item was put in the post and arrived 3 days later

Be careful
I contacted them immediately after placing my order to advise of the correct address. I got a reply the same night saying it was corrected. A few days later I was told they had sent it to the wrong address. I still haven’t received anything and I am so frustrated.

Hi Mel. It is unfortuante that the we made an error with the change of your address. However, we contacted you via text and you indicated you would wait until we could resend out the items. Due to supply issues with some of your items we indicated we could not dispatch until early December, which was still plenty of time before Christmas, which is when you needed the gifts. When you were not satisified with this, we provided you a full refund. I am unsure what there is to 'beware' about - we are a legitimtate business. Mistakes happend, we admitted the error and refunded your money without delay.

I found the item at a good price and the purchase procedure was faultless.
