Disappointed.
Took a few days to action my order. Phone cover, although specified for my phone make and model, partially covers the camera lens. Not fit for purpose, as it only shoots 3/4 of the photo clearly. Disappointed.

Your order was actioned within two working days of receipt, which is the timeline outlined on our website for order fulfilment. We have not received any notification via email that the product was faulty, and had you done so we would have happily refunded the faulty product. We have now refunded the phone cover attached to this order.

The products are great online but the purchase never arrived. I got a refund but having waited 3-4 weeks it was frustrating.
....post updated to take into account customer services. Original lower score was more reflective of the courier service.

Hi Leonie. We are sorry you feel this way. Your order was placed at midday on the 27th August and was dispatched three days later on 30th August 2021. You notified us on 8 Sept you had not received your order. We contacted the courier 30 minutes after your email to be notified the parcel was lost and an investigation was launched to locate your parcel. The courier notified us the parcel had been located 24hrs later and was in transit to your location. You notified us on the 10th it had not been delivered and we responded to that email in seven minutes. Nine minutes later we issued you a full refund as we were not satisfied at the amount of time the courier indicated they needed to investigate. You notified us on the 21st the parcel was delivered on the 20th - we had not been notified by the courier the parcel had been delivered. We are sorry this courier has had these issues, and you did not receive your order. We will no longer use their services. We do not feel that this isolated issue reflects on the service provided by Tween to Teen.
