Easy

Easy. Professional. And excellent pre trip communication. Would definitely recommend for a smooth executive transfer between Gatwick and Heathrow.

I would like to put a note of thank you…

I would like to put a note of thank you for the wonderful services that Twelve Transfers had offered during our stay in London.

The various airport transfer bookings were managed in a systematic and professional manner. Drivers were easily contactable, on time, helpful and reliable. These had made our trip in London a pleasant and memorable one. I would recommend Twelve Transfers to friends without hesitation.

Excellent service throughout

Excellent service from the start. Very good communications and a personal touch. Had to make a late cancellation and was handled politely and efficiently by the team at Twelve Transfers. Very impressed.

Love our Twelve Transfers ride to LHR

Love our Twelve Transfers ride to LHR! I'm really happy that I found Twelve Transfers. Communication was very detailed in terms of who the driver would be, registration no. etc. When our driver David showed up early, I felt confident that we'd make our trans-Atlantic flight with no delays. David was friendly and very well dressed considering this was at 6.15AM. The car was very well maintained with a spotless interior. I'd definitely recommend using Twelve Transfers.

Dropped off at wrong address!!

Firstly, I am not for leaving negative reviews and would always attempt to remedy issues with business providers. I have sent 2 emails to Twelve Transfers and it has been 3 days and no reply. I suppose since the ride has been completed it was not necessary to reply or provide an answer to my issues.
Basically all was good from the airport pickup right until the drop off. My mom who was visiting London was dropped off at the wrong address with her 3 suitcases and left standing in an unfamiliar place. Correct address details were provided and the driver obviously did not ensure it was the correct drop off place. Very disappointing!!! I trusted Tripadvisor reviews to use them but sadly I will have to use another airport transport service for future trips. Hope that this will not happen to another customer.

Hi Min,

Please note you have been provided with an answer already, and a response was forwarded to yourself back on Monday; we are unsure why you are suggesting we did not reply to yourself when in fact we did.

We must express our sincere disappointment at your decision to punish us for what can only be considered an unfortunate occurrence. We feel your 1-star review only focuses on one aspect of the transfer, that being the minor confusion which arose with the destination address. You yourself state that overall the transfer went ahead accordingly and feel you have only tried to damage our reputation with this post, as we have no other explication for your actions. You state you are "not for leaving negative reviews", but we feel the exact opposite happened here.

We have already informed you that the driver waited around 10 minutes at the destination, and along with the passenger, tried contacting you for further details. Neither was able to reach you and he eventually departed as he was running late for an upcoming transfer. The driver position confirms at most a small walking distance between the 2 points, and as much as we appreciate the inconvenience, we believe this has been drastically exaggerated by your claims that we left the passenger at the wrong address.

We have forwarded you an official response again and have asked you to reconsider on your actions. We do not view the review posted as being reflective of the overall service provided, which for sure cannot be classified as a 1-star experience and feel you have focused on one aspect instead of an overall view. The fact that you created as many profiles on as many platforms as you could would suggest again that you are leaving this review to punish us, which seems to contradict your own statement to begin with. We do hope you will show consideration, and look forward to your response.

Excellent service

Excellent service, could not fault them. Kept me informed throughout including when driver arrived, and he also called to say where he was standing. Took the stress out of worrying if he was there are not! Would use them next time for sure

Not ideal experience

I booked for my parents although they did arrive, the driver insisted they come meet him outside the terminal - they are older and have never been to London and they said this to him, but he insisted. They eventually found him outside. This completely defeats the person of a meet &greet service to take any strain off of traveling. The driver was also unfriendly to them. I pointed this out to the company afterwards, and received a nonchalant response back. it is sad as I thought with all the positive reviews it would be a nice journey but we have had much more pleasant journeys with other taxi services and will not be using them again.

As was detailed in the original communication to yourself, we did not consider your strong use of wording appropriate, especially after understanding what the driver had done. Seeing as you have already posted your review not even 2 minutes after we had responded to your query would suggest that you probably had this review prepared and good to go. We were actually thinking to ignore your email, but cannot overlook false accusations unfortunately.

I am sorry to hear that you had problems on your recent journey, and as much as we appreciate your remarks we do believe that after taking into consideration the driver’s actions, there isn’t much reasoning to classify the experience as disgusting, and we will detail why.

Firstly, it was understood that the driver made contact with the passengers and asked if they are ready for an earlier collection, which they confirmed and agreed to. Secondly, the driver enquired if they wanted him to come into the terminal (which would have taken approx. 10-15 mins) or if they wanted to meet him at the collection point outside (which is at most a 5 min walk from the meeting point itself). He specified that there were no close parking spaces, so this actually resulted in less walking overall. The passengers agreed to this as well, so the driver did not force them to come outside.

He mentioned that at no stage was he angry with the passengers for bringing drinks within the vehicle, and simply asked for caution. He later discovered coffee stains on his back seats, which resulted in him having to take his vehicle out of service for it to be cleaned.

Overall, we do not entirely understand how a driver being early and us applying no charges for spoiling resulted in a disgusting experience at your end, but thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Every recommendation! Very pleasant experience.

Simple, fast, professional, punctual, clean - those are the words I'd use to describe Twelve transfers service. Simple booking process, fast and clear responses from the staff, professional drivers arriving on time, clean vehicles. I just found my go-to service for managing in the UK when there on business.

Great, dependent & polite service

Great, dependent and polite service. I've used twelve transfers a number of times, and most recently last week for a return journey to Stansted (from north London). Both experiences were fantastic - both drivers arrived early, and I received a clear text message. Both were polite, helpful and generally lovely. I was delayed flying back from Spain, and all text messages from the driver were both understanding and informative.
Highly recommend Twelve Transfers, particularly with 4am pick-ups when you need them to be dependable
