They have said my order has been delivered but the tracking says to London when I live in Northamptonshire.
I account all of a sudden does not exist and when I try and track it from my order confirmation email it says it’s opening soon and to subscribe. I have emailed and asked for a refund but I doubt I will get one

I eventually got my merchandise

I bought a large lego set and received confirmation from Twinkleheels of the purchase and now the site does not exist. The money has been taken from my bank account but I did not received the item that I have paid for. £80 just gone to these scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Site. We purchased a large Lego set and money was taken but no confirmation email.
When I tried to follow up I couldn’t find the site again.
Payment was taken from Manale.com.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This is a fraudulent company. Action should be taken to shut them down and stop trading.
Once you have paid you will not receive any items let alone a confirmation or communication from the company. There is no way to contact them.

Do not use this website. This is a scam. They take your money and have sent no confirmation of order, do not reply to emails and do not answer the phone. If you make the mistake of ordering with them contact your bank immediately to try and get your money back.

Places an order over a week ago now . Never got a confirmation email , the telephone number goings to a mobile redirect answer phone and any emails (4 in total ) sent have all came back as undelivered. Now have to go through my credit card insurance to get my money back .

Because of a problem with the shipping, my order goes back to Twinkledeals. Twinkledeals comfirms this but they did not want to give me my money back. Twinkledeals suggested the half of the purchase price (ca. 110 €) minus shipping costs (to Germany), to provide as a »refund« to a shop credit in there own store. No joke. All this after tons of e-mails to the support. Newer ever Twinkledeals.

Ordered some masks in June. Nothing received and no reply from the company when questioned - SCAM.

This place is a SCAM right along with littleplayland,Don't buy any thing from them. Boycot them until they do better.

I placed an order for a 40 inch lifelike alligator with a rubber weighted pp cotton filled. When it was delivered it was a hard solid 11 inch pewny alligator. I emailed them with the complaint and they offered to refund me $2.00 HELL NOOOOOO they then offered me $4.00 and get this.....i can keep the product. Nope not this person. I told them I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. I told them it shows in black and white a 20 inch $19.95 or a 40 inch $29.95 then they try and tell me that the what I paid for was for a SMALLER size, B!+(h, NO it doesn't say that there is a SMALLER size ONLY 2 SIZES. It does however state that the color and weight may differ and I'm good with that, but they done messed with the wrong customer, now I don't want my money back, I want what I paid for and that is what is on the website, so I have contacted the
Better Business Bureau, and I just started speaking with a lawyer. So now they better get on the ball and see where they can purchase what they claim to sell on their site, IDGAF if they have to pay $1,000.00 someone there better go and sell their booty.

Buyers beware you pay good money for items but when they are finally delivered they are not the items you ordered I would stay away from shopping on their site if I was you and and get the items you are looking for from a reputable place.

This is one of my favorite online stores! Every order has been on time if not delivered earlier than told. I've ordered clothes, shoes, jewelry, blankets and not once was I disappointed! Twinkle.deals also make great gifts for my family since I live on a tight budget because my boys were extremely happy with the hoodies, my girls loved the sandals and my granddaughter takes her mermaid blanket everywhere she goes! My ONLY problem is I don't make enough money to buy everything I want!

Save yourself the trouble ! The pictures are all stolen boutique pics and a month later after you beg for a refund because no order has been shipped she ignores you then weeks later sends you cheap broken knock offs from China dollar store. Nothing what the (stolen) pictures promise. She has several rip off sites like this one and runs with your $. No communication no responsibility no care in the world. She makes a living ripping people off for a few bucks. Changing her address constantly! Total dirtbag running these sites from her families cheap party supplies warehouse that's just a cover-up!

I decide to write a positive review about twinklemoda. I found that it take some time and there is a wait. I waited about 21 days for my order from China. But shipping is cheap and it a bit longer to get to the US. just when I thought this was a scam and red the bad reviews, my shoes came the next day all I'm saying is give them time and you will receive your order. I am so satisfied with my shoes!! Just like the picture. thank you Twinklemoda.
