The dress is beautiful and as described,I'm very satisfied! But I`ve been waiting for it for two months.Twinkledeals needs to improve the shipping speed.

placed order for 4 items after a long wait 2 items arrived. after a longer wait was told other items on the way then had email to say items could not be sent and that I would receive a refund in a Twallet still don't know what is happening and have had no reply back seem an iffy company. would not use again

My brother bought a coat from here - they sent a "large" but when measuring the jacket it wasn't even a small.

They are now refusing to cover us the postage to send back for a refund when it is clearly their error.
Absolute nightmare to deal with.

Even on receiving it back they were trying to negotiate postage costs. Got it back eventually but took months.

A good online store I bought on this website bags. This product fits the description and the picture. A large range of quality products and professional service. Remained satisfied with everything! My recommendations!

Never buy on this website. The prices are quite cheap, but they don't tell you that when you receive them you have to pay almost 50% taxes on top (at least in Austria, that is where I live). My order was 120EUR (+14EUR shipping costs), and paid 48EUR taxes when the package arrived to my place. It doesn't make sense!
On top of that, there were 4 items missing that I am still waiting to be refund or shipped again.
I would never recommend this website to buy anything!

Placed and order for a coat with Twinkledeals (order TTM1701231523457766) and received it a couple of days after the expected delivery date, which wasn't a problem. When I tried it on, I couldn't even get my arms in it - even though I ordered a size larger than I would normally need.
So, on the same day, I went to their website (contact us) and sent an e mail explaining the problem. The site said I would receive a reply within 24/48 hours. Incidentally, there is no return address or contact number on their website.
Anyway, 2 months later, I have heard nothing. I have repeatedly tried to contact them again, but each time, it fails to let me log in, even after changing my password.
So, my experience of Twinkledeals is a company that is happy to take my money but couldn't care less about it's customers, and I have a coat that should fit a small 12 year old.
Anyone reading this review - be warned.....

I have been waiting for an order since the 5th March 2017, it is not the 9th of April. I have tried to log in with the ticket tracking number with no luck. the website refuses to recognise my password even though I have just changed it. The items were mothers day and birthday presents both of which are now long passed. Never again would I use this website.

It has been 8 weeks since my order was placed and I haven't received it. If/when I receive my order, I will edit this review with an update. I was able to view the tracking info and although I received an email saying my order was shipped on 17 February, it did not show up in the tracking history until mid March. It is now 7 April and i was reembursed by the seller to compensate for this experience. I'll update again after i receive product.

Tried to cancel order after reading review haven't heard from anyone they immediately took the payment from my card I am hoping for a fast refund since nothing has been shipped but the other reviews I have read jave me worried

I am very glad of this order. The delivery was fast. All products were delivered at the same time. There was no damaged good.
The customer service quickly informed me that one of the items was out of stock. So, there is no problem.

If you don't pay for their extra insurance, then your item gets mysteriously "lost" in the post. Can't comment on quality because nothing arrived.

EDIT: TwinkleDeals have refunded my money in full, so I've changed my rating from one star to three.

Good quality, although shipping is a little slow.
Most of my items came in a great time. Two items took a very long time to get here.I am a little disappointed because the items are for a present of my mom.Except for it, I still love this site and have been hooked since I looked at it. Surprisingly great quality on anything I have bought.

I should have known better than to think i was going to get quality based on price.
I ordered two dresses, ordered larger than i needed and both way too small.
one dress was xxl more like a size 10. the other dress was so badly put together,button fell off, lace ripped on sleeve.
If I sent them back it would just add to more money wasted.

I have to say after receiving a full refund, I am impressed with how twinkledeals dealt with my complaint, I hope that i was just unlucky this time and will be shopping with them again. very impressed with there customer service

This product is soft and beautiful. Had many compliments while wearing it. It fits well and looks very good. Lovely quality and color.Only the shipping speed was a little bit slow, but i would buy more stuff like this here!!

Shipping didn't take too long about 15 days, the blanket was really nicely chrochet and made with nice material and pretty color, my daughter loved it as it was a Christmas present for her, so would recommend.

Ordered a dress in January, Chased the order, said they didnt have international tracking, and I didnt purchase insurance??? felt totally fobbed off, told I would receive partial refund - how is this acceptable...Teach me not to read the reviews. Have contacted Paypal to advise.

I was excited to purchase cute clothes and swimsuit at a great price. I paid for faster shipment and the items still arrived late. The dress was poor quality and horrible fabric that was see through. The swimsuit was of decent quality but not as shown in the picture. I still haven't received the shirt I ordered, but I'm sure it will be the same. All items I received were EXTREMELY small and did not fit AT ALL. Going to be giving them to my tiny Asian friend. Maybe she can do something with them.

I have been waiting for almost two months on my order and it still has not came in. I have even contacted them twice and they haven't answered me. I just want my order or know where it is.

I ended up changing the rating because they gave me a full refund, and said it was a gift from them if I did end up receiving what I ordered. This did help with the process.

The site has great stuff for very approachable prices, very good discounts and they are very friendly and open-minded.
There were slight problems due to prolonged waiting of the packet, but definitely recommended.

I have tried and tried to find out what has happened to my order no. TT1701231306203627 I have even contacted paypal but because I had received an answer from you saying it would arrive I had no further contact with paypal I will now contact Facebook requesting that they take off all advertising for Twinkledeals as I think reflects badly on Facebook. If I had realised that there were reviews to be read I would have read them and never placed an order I certainly will never use this site again and have told all my friends and family to boycot it
