I have used the insulation backed plasterboard fixings a couple of times now and they are very easy to use and hold the boards securely. I always use a little adhesive to give a secondary fixing though!
Shame the postage cost is so high, even for smaller orders.

Delivery excellent and it does what is says on the box - which was exactly what we wanted

Found the part i needed straight away on the website which was simple and uncomplicated. Was kept fully informed as to postal status and part arrived quickly and well packaged. Heating system up and running in minutes.

feel such a fool, i got my original order delivered from Twistfix then a little later got another order from my local builders merchant , the injection cream was half the price and the mortar ad-mix was 1/5th of the price, but hey you live and learn, i was about to comment on twistfx's speedy delivery but the merchant brought it to me the same day for free

the wall stitches have made such a difference, no more cracks in walls!

Simple to use - with the right tools easy to carry out - no mess - so far results are good for us - user friendly

Damp core cream

Damp core was of a liquid rather than a thick consistency as I expected. Is that correct. Doesn't really matter fitted it over the weekend and a kitchen is being fitted Tuesday.

Hope it cures the problem.

I have used this company a couple of times and on both ocassions they were able to supply my goods on time

if you are buying woodwormer i recommend you buy from twistfix they are very fast in delivery

Potentially the product would have been good. The delivery let it down. The k11 was packaged in a cardboard box for delivery. When my wife signed for the parcels (2 @ 25kgs) the driver left them outside the front door in the rain, so 3 hours later when i got home I carried the bags of k11 into my hall. They were soaked through and already setting. I was fuming that the delivery man did not put the bags k11 inside the front door out of the rain as my wife could not lift them. . I am disappointed and out of pocket especially when they cost £154.00 for the 50 kgs. I understand this is not totally your fault, but feel you could have packaged the bags of k11 in a weather proof material and not recycled cardboard boxes.

Very fast delivery and a very good product and very simple instructions and very easy to use will use again and recommend. Have used this product before pity they still supply the same size/brand of silicone gun as there cartridges dont fit. Pity they dont sell a package of cartridges without the silicone gun and drill bits as it was cheaper to buy the kit rather than purchase eight separate cartridges.

Fast and efficient service, well impressed

The service and product were good however the payment part of the website does not work well - I was left not knowing if I had paid or not - should I do it again and end up paying twice? The service was good because as no payment was made but the order placed Twistfix rang me to obtain payment and sort out delivery.

These items are needed to make the job easy and fast to complete and enables you to get on quickly with other work.

Wrong items were sent originally but it only took a phone call to rectify the situation and the correct items were received within a couple of days great service.

Just fitted behind two radiators starting the forth one one tomorrow no problems with the adhesive it works well
only comment the inner vertical strips could do to be wider . when cutting to size they are narrow er than the double sided sticky tape but apart from that an excellent product .
