When I placed my order the website said the goods were in stock. Two days later I received a call to say that the goods were not in stock :-(

Disappointing to say the least.
I called and asked if the item was in stock, I was told it was and would have it in a couple of days on on that information I decided to buy. I called on the day of the expected delivery when there was no sign of a delivery only to be told that it was now not in stock and they could not tell me when I might have it. I am not impressed whatsoever.

Good service very efficient
Very good product, a video to show how to install and plaster the wall damp membrane would be good. Slightly confusing which product to use i.e. tanking membrane or damproof membrane. The web site tends to take you to the products for multiple choice rather than specific. I have now fitted the wall membrane but difficult to get it flat to the wall, not sure how the plaster will adhere and integrate into the remaining plaster.

most of the time it is a very good service but not this time
they were ment to deliver my items on friday then i got told Monday all day and 20 pound credit wasted Monday to find out it hadn't even been shipped yet and should get by Tuesday rang tuesday 4 times was told they would call me back and they didn't when i rang this morning to see what has happening i was told quite rudely that it will come today

I bought your insulated plasterboard fixings,and fixing tool after reading the reviews, but I have to say they are not what i expected the wall I am fixing into is a cavity brick wall but i have now discovered that the bricks have 3 holes in the centre,I now have a series of holes in the plasterboard where
the fixings have not held in the brick if the hole is in the joint it does not hold ,what do you suggest

The right solution
I needed to damp proof a short section of internal wall on a chimney stack.Damp proof companies didn`t want to know about such a small job. Twistfix provided the right materials and a method statement to enable me to do the works in my time-scale.The product arrived next day and helped the works keep on schedule.
