Not tested the product yet but would certainly use Twistfix again.

I paid for an express delivery but it wasn't worth it because it took 2 days.

Bought the Insulation anchors from twistfix, they helped me to choose which ones and how many and posted them on time.

The process of ordering and delivery was quick and efficient. Cannot fault the service provided.

Good value and well assembled kit with right amount of materials and tools to complete a solid repair to a small section of cracked brickwork with idiot proof instructions.

web site good documentation good. videos very clear and helpfull, phone contact good , payment easy , delivery prompt . have not used product yet. if as good as service I have no complaints. P C

Great to deal with. Straight forward website and I could order as much or as little as I needed.
They may be too optimistic in coverage claims. I bought one tube to do 1m length of 225mm wall but ran out three holes from the end. If your walls are old I'd recommend getting a few tubes spare.
I did the job at the weekend so it's too soon to know how well it works, but it was very simple to apply.

Order arrived on time even when order was changed.

Product arrived the very next day.

Well you know i told you about the damp.problem i have in my cellar. i had a couple of companies come round and they gave me advice about how to sort the problem out. you know what i mean do this try that.But then a friend who's been in the building trade all his life came round had a look and said have a look at twistfix web site. so when he'd gone i logged on looked at the damp section found what i needed there was even a really helpful video . so when i ordered the stuff i needed i knew what to do.it came next day really helpful staff and the jobs done already....

The product was not described adequately , ie., the hammer in plugs were too long but the size was not mentioned in the description.

I rang technical support - very unhelpful , they were not familiar with the product.

When I asked if I could change the plugs for shorter ones I was told I could not as they were part of package / kit and that I could buy the shorter ones separately for £42 plus postage. I went to another company and got the same ones for £14 including postage.

So overall very unhappy.

I would highly recomend this company. They took the time and trouble to answer all my questions for what to them must have been a small value order. The products were superb and the service was also superb.
