Always late delivery

Always late delivery, at least 3-4 days after expected delivery. Good quality product, let down by consistent late deliveries

I have used this company twice now and …

I have used this company twice now and would rate the service as excellent. There was a slight delay with my order this time but only by a few days and I was kept well informed on when it would arrive. The suet is good value and quality. The birds love it, in fact they enjoy it so much I can't keep up with the demand! I shall certainly be using this company again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

WORST ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Took nearly 20 years of feeding garden birds 365 days a year. Done in snow, minus 15 degrees, ale force winds, torrential rain, flooded garden, after cancer op. Paid to have birds fed whilst I was in hospital.
Placed one order with Twootz and my garden is now completely silent. I HAVE BEEN WAITING INDOORS FOR TWOOTZ DELIVERY FOR A WEEK. During that time the temperture outside has been over 20 degrees.
5 other 8nline companies where orders were placed after Twootz order.....have all delivered.
I have emailed daily....BUT NO SEED AND NO RESPONSE FROM TWOOTZ.

Good prices, abysmal delivery!!

I have to purchase peanuts in gigantic quantities due to the huge amount of wildlife in my garden. I was pleased to come across Twootz as their prices were good.

The range isn't vast, infact it's very limited, but they did have 25kg bags of peanuts so that suited me.

I placed my first order and I didn't know they used Yodel - a company I have had many, many delivery issues with previously, to such an extent that I now avoid shopping with companies that use them.

After several days I got a message saying my order had been left with my neighbour (on the one day I wasn't in!!).

I got home to discover my poor neighbour had kindly taken in 25kg of peanuts. I then had to lug the huge bag to my house.

To stop it happening again I contacted customer services and asked them if they could let me know when my next order might be delivered in advance then I'd ensure I'd be home.

To cut a long story short the experience was dreadful. I did get a message the morning of delivery by which stage I was unable to be home. I changed the delivery to the next day on the yodel site and received notification that it would be changed.

A few hours later got a message from Twootz saying it had been delivered to my neighbour!! How many times do I have to say not to do that?

Customer services say they're sorry, but that doesn't help at all. I even got a message on the Friday from Yodel telling me the time the order was being delivered Friday - it was already delivered! Typical Yodel!!

Twootz clearly can't get the delivery right as for 2 out of 2 orders it went wrong. I won't be using them again - they need to change delivery companies as it's costing them business.

Fantastic

Dear Twootz.com,

If something is wrong, I complain.

So when I say you did something well I mean it!

Your delivery is free, brilliant, I will come back to you because of that. Delivery person was poilte and helpful.

Your branding is excellent, great logo, also logo branded tape on parcels a nice touch.

The invoice is well presented, easy to understand, and good information on how to contact you.

The packaging was well above the normal, sturdy boxes, packed the interior space well.

I love the web site, clear, no clutter, and prices are keen.

To sum you up; FANTASTIC.

Well done to all the TWOOTZ team,

I am not related to, or a friend to any of you, just a very happy - new to you - customer).

Great service and products

Some products are slightly expensive and some not, but ordered 12 packs of Suet Cakes for Wild Birds at a great price and they came really quickly. Was impressed and would definitely use again thank you.
