OMG what a fabulous company. Placed an order online for my coloured drawing pencils, prismacolor open stock. Had a query so telephoned and spoke to Leo (Leonado..fabulous name and great customer service) resolved immediately. Highly recommended. Great prices for pencils and pens. I was in sweetshop heaven !!

the open stock Prismas were not in good condition
the Prismas were not in good condition, but the fact was sending them back would have been a farce, and I decided it wasn't worth the hassle. I just won't buy any more.

My sincerest apologies for the inadequate condition of the items. We have sent replacement units out, and you can keep the first ones too. Please note we do not require our customers to return low-value items if those items are damaged or faulty -- we will either refund the items or issue replacement items, both without the need for a return. Thank you for your patience in this matter. We hope to see you again soon, perhaps not for Prismacolor but for something else!
