It's really unusual to receive great customer service from an extremely good communicator. I dealt with Ethan Taylor and he ticked every box. Finished the call fully informed and every step of the process communicated

Awful company!
I did an application with Jahangir, gave him all my business details and requirements, he completely ignored what I had told him and all the details provided and created his own application for my business. My reader arrived, the features i had clearly requested which are also clearly stated in our email chain have been ignored. I have spoken to Natwest to get this sorted and they have adviced as this was no on the application this could not then be added to the account.
This company is a complete waist of time and would highly recommend not using them as they do not listen, they do what they want and then have the worst customer service support possible!

Tyl!! Rubbish service from this company. Their prices are sky high even though it’s with the bank I’m banking with and have been for several years. They forced me to pay an auto renewal and also forcing me to pay £80 extra for early termination process. I have notified them many times and have not used the device or service at all. Anyone wanting to go with this company will just be robbed of their money to be honest. Worst experience ever! So many easier devices and easier terms and conditions with other brands out there.

Customers should be aware that contracts automatically renew every year, limiting the ability to leave without penalty. Moreover, when mobile units become obsolete due to the shutdown of 2G and 3G networks, replacement is withheld unless a new contract is signed, even though the obsolescence is caused by the provider’s own technology. This practice is restrictive, unfair, and places customers in an unreasonable position.
Customer retention should be because of good service not because of binding contracts come on NATWEST you can do better.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with. Overcharge. Auto renew contracts unethically. Customer service and complaints team have 0 empathy and no interest supporting or retaining customers. Genuinely shocked that a Natwest backed business could be so bad.
