Parveen was the agent dealing with me. At first she was very nice but now that i would like to cancel my services with NatWest I will possibly be charged a £160 which I was not made aware about.
Pretty much scammed me, not fully explaining the terms and conditions and the hidden fees and costs so thank you very much Parveen for your excellent service👍🏽
People will do anything for a bit of commission, but what’s the point when you can’t do your job properly, that income isn’t going to be halal is it.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences with Tyl by NatWest. After going through the entire application process, submitting months of bank statements, utility bills, a 3PL service agreement, and even a manufacturer agreement, I was suddenly declined without a clear explanation.
Their onboarding team kept asking for additional documents, which I provided promptly, yet in the end they simply cancelled my application. This wasted valuable time and delayed my business operations.
Tyl presents itself as a partner for small businesses, but in reality the process felt overly complicated, inflexible, and not supportive at all for genuine startups. Other payment providers I’ve spoken to have been far more transparent and welcoming.
I would not recommend Tyl to new or small businesses who want a straightforward, honest service.
Update: Even after repeatedly requesting and providing further information, they remain unresponsive and unable to justify why my application was refused. Their lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.

i wouldnt recommend them to anyone, we have moved back to WorldPay. Tyl do not offer account mangers do not return calls and i would suggest you check the rates they offer you as they changed mine without them being aggreed. they have paid me back + extra as an appolgy but very untrustworthy be warned.

For the second time I have had a payment reversed overnight and without explanation from their manager as apparently after waiting 35 mins for her to get to me she could not take security in the same phone call and I would have to ring in again. The first time in December 24 a large payment was reversed and it appears certain card machines they supply can do this which took me over a week to have the customer pay me a second time while they waited nearly 7 days for their original payment to get back to their account. Losing the will to live with their machines quirks which costs the business and their could not care less attitude with no responsibility taken as per their policy terms and conditions so now weighing up their benefit to my business

I signed up with Tyl by NatWest about 2 months ago and I’m now on my 4th device (pax). They are absolutely useless and always cause me problems. I run a breakdown recovery company and when it’s time to receive payment from customers I keep having problems. To go through 4 devices in such a short space of time. I’ve put in many complaints in but they always come back with an irrelevant answer and close my complaint. They never take accountability!

Did you know that Tyl is probably the only compnay that after your 12 month contract is up, then roll it on for another 12 months, every 12 months. So if you cancel in month 14, they want charges for the remaining 10 months. Not 1 month like everyone else, but they want the whatever remains to take you to the next full year. I've been with them about 5 years, they still nailed my hat on when I sold my business. Disgusting attitude.

So far so good. The whole thing was set up over a phone call, and the machine arrived quickly. Easy to set up and after a trial transaction, everything seems to be working.
