Pleasant experience

A search for a point of sale payment solution...

I met with Harshneet to discuss our requirements for a point of sale solution. Harshneet was polite, helpful and, after I had outlined our current situation and future plans, offered two potential solutions, and helped me to determine the option that we both felt would be best for my company going forward. The application was completed quickly and simply, and I am pleased that I now have a single point of contact for my future relationship with NatWest. Thank you.

We recently worked with Kevin O’Driscoll, Business Development Manager during our setup with changing over providers from Clover/First Data to Tyl by NatWest, and I have to say the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Not only was Kevin professional and knowledgeable, but he went the extra mile to understand our business needs and successfully negotiated better rates for us.

Throughout the process, Kevin was transparent, patient, and incredibly helpful in answering all our questions. He even popped into our clinic to set everything us to enable a smooth transition from one card company to another...It’s rare to come across someone who combines product expertise with genuine customer care, and we truly felt like he had our best interests at heart.

If you're considering working with Tyl by Natwest, we highly recommend reaching out to Kevin O'Driscoll directly. Outstanding service and a real asset to the team.

I dealt with Aliza Asad

I dealt with Aliza Asad. She should get a pay rise. The explanation was simple. She was easy to understand and she knew the product.
The fact that she was polite and pleasant made this a far simpler process and enjoyable. In addition she explained all the benefits, the costs, the ease of use and the process.
Highly suggest using Tyl by NatWest if the process is as good as the staff.

We didn’t have the easiest of…

We didn’t have the easiest of applications to get through due to our organisation but thankfully due to my advisor Balj Randal’s help we are able now to accept card payments. Great customer support & advice from him in getting our application through. Using this app on your phone for accepting card payments couldn’t be more simpler.

Dishonest absolutely appalling


They have promised first 6 month free but received extra charges on the bill.No one honest in this company. Non professional bunch of lairs.
Absolutely appalling customer service.
I would not recommend anyone.
