Ive been using tyl for one of my businesses already and wanted to use them again for my ogher business, Zain Awais has been great at advising and informing me to make the best decision for my new business.
While on the phone I was choking and he gave me instructions on how to do the heimlich on myself, Zain saved my life and my money.
Give him a raise and a promotion.

I am using Tyl account (Tap to Pay) for 2 years and very happy with it. Highly recommended to all business. Especially Priya Keshwara at Customer Service was a great experience about setting up my new Tyl account. She was there from start to finish which is rare. 5 stars from me!

Support has been useless and have informed them my direct debit was canceled by mistake and they refuse to set a new one up and also refuse to allow me to pay any out standing balances. not recommended
Udate bee advised by my bank to change the reference on the mandate and Tyl by Natwest response is we can not do that on our end.

Disappointed at every turn. After being missold a solution at the start of our relationship, we are now 3 weeks into waiting for 10k of funds from transactions taken on a new card machine - that no one can tell us where they are, or what's happening with them.
If we were a very small business, this would be crippling.
The customer service is non existent, no proactive or regular updates, on hold for 5-7 minutes at a time with no result.
Now 8 days into our complaint with absolutely no sign of this issue being rectified, I don't know how they get away with it.
We wouldn't recommend Tyl by Natwest to anyone.

I spoke with Balj Randhawa about my Tyl application on a scheduled appointment at my convenience. First attempt failed as the system was down but it was easy to arrange another one. Balj explained the process and was thorough in his explanation of everything.

Have been dealing with Zain Awais with the transfer of my card payment provider, nothing was too much trouble. The experience was stress free and easy to proceed with. I just spoke to Umar Ashraf to have some help with setting up a pay as you go terminal. He was knowledgeable about compassion with the sum up device I was planning to get and also the mat west terminal which I could get. He explained things in plain English. Was very patient and enabled me to make decisions based on the information he gave. He helped me fill the application form online he was very polite patient and helpful. Thank you Umar.
