I needed 2 new tyres on my electric car. I spoke to Jordan at Tyre City Bromsgrove. He ordered the tyres and called me back within an hour with a price which I felt was reasonable and considerably cheaper than the price quoted by the car dealership. I had the tyres fitted and the wheel alignment checked/corrected a few days later. Everything was done efficiently and Covid 19/social distancing precautions were maintained. I have used this branch of Tyre City in the past and will certainly use them again in the future. Very good all round customer service. Thank you Jordan and team.

Couldn’t ask for better service for my blue Audi just got my car MOT done this morning and the service was first class the guys are all brilliant and so helpful especially Gary would definitely recommend this place Thankyou guys once again.

I was coming home from a long shift at the hospital and found out I hit a pothole.
I was pretty anxious as I had to go to work the day after, but as soon as I phoned Royston Tyre City I felt reassured. Lewis was so helpful thtoughout , and the guys were brilliant, changed my tyre the same day, and also received the NHS discount they are offering.

Went to Tyre City in Huddersfield today as had a nail in it and the Manager Jason was great and sorted it without having to have a new tyre. Excellent service

I'm a community care worker and today I had a puncture I had to get it fixed quickly. I drove to the nearest tyre centre which was tyre city in Wakefield.I would just like to say a massive thank you for the service I received Mike and Amber you were my hero's today .Fast friendly and efficient service. Received excellent service at Tyre City, in Segensworth. Andre the manager was very helpful, and they manage to fix my puncture very promptly and avoid me having to purchase a new one. Would recommend them.

I am a healthcare worker and went to Tyre City in Aldershot this morning for a punture repair. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and had me back on the road within half an hour free of charge. Thank you very much indeed for your service and support!

Had our car (keyworker) MOT'd today at Eastbourne Tyre City. Great service from the guy's, very comfortable that they are implementing social distancing measures during these tough times. Clear to see that some time and effort had been put in by the staff during what must be a "quiet" time, the depot had been spruced up and looked very nice and fresh, really does make a massive difference. (I hope credit has been given to the staff, they have done a fantastic job) Will continue to use and recomend Tyre City in the future. many thanks

Just been to see Tony and connah again at tyre city. Excellent service very knowledgeable and courtious. No need to shop about these are the guys and credit to their company. Been going for 2 years and all my family go can't put a price on safety and you know your secure on the road. Definitely will be going back. John Stacey.

Utterly useless and incompetent - Avoid branch in Weyhill, Haslemere, Surrey.

Took 4 visits to attempt to get two new tyres fitted before I gave up and went elsewhere.

I ordered two new tyres over the phone that were going to in the next day.
Turned up to get them fitted to be told they ordered the wrong kind.
They apologised and promised to book me for 2pm the next day so I would not have to wait
Returned the next day only to be told that they could not fit them as they were too busy.
Returned the following day and they could not fit the tyres this time as they did not have the right size socket!!?. Btw - I have a Landrover and not anything out of the ordinary.
I was promised a discount if I returned the following day when they would have managed to get hold of the right size socket.
I returned only to be told that the guy bringing in the socket had not showed up for work.
As this wasn't enough, I was also informed by Tyre City that my 2 rear tyres were fine with enough tread left and would pass the MOT - they didn't pass.

Excellent service, purchased the geocare for the alignment for a great price. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Hi I used tyre city recently to do what other tyre centres could not , & that is to balance my wheels correctly, & they delivered they were great guys & now thanks to them I am no longer driving a rolling road drill , thanks guys I will be using tyre city from now on ,

Seen at reception immediately. Tyre fault found and fixed quickly and was on my way after a free coffee in a nice warm waiting area. Can't fault them.

I visited the Tyre City branch in Kidderminster today. The service I received was amazing. The staff Andy, Glenn and Chris were absolutely amazing. They are extremely hard working individuals and their meticulous approach to their job is exemplary. The garage is also very tidy and clean. I noticed how well they treated all the customers, not just me. Other tyre companies could learn a lot from visiting this branch. Well done and thank you.

I’ll be bringing my wife’s car next week and would definitely recommend your services.

Fantastic friendly service. Had problems with new car and tyre pressure warnings. Have visited a few times over last couple of years for this problem. Their advice: come every month to get your tyres checked, No Charge.
Have lived in area for nearly 40 years and always found them friendly and helpful.
